Beware when staying here. The AC in rooms is preset at 24 C with the ability to reduce the temp only by up to 3 C....netting out at 21C best case. Generally it did not work so our room was always about 23C, which for my family is too warm. Also the restaurant in evenings is absurdly overpriced and the food not great...they focus more on presentation than taste. The town is great so if you stay here walk to the village to eat.

This hotel is amazing. It’s a five star hotel and they treat you like a star. Service is incredible! Hotel itself is funky and a little old fashioned. We stayed at the Marina side of it and it’s a bit weird and not modern but you forget about it by the way they take care of you. Beautiful view, pools and spa! Loved the experienced!

One has to be fair - comparing Swiss hotels internationally will always result in the verdict ‚overpaid‘. This hotel is no exception. Nice site, but very old (not in a bad condition) and not modern. Good service but not good enough for what you pay.

Hotel Eden Roc is relaxation perfection. Kind staff, excellent location, delicious food, and all set in the idyllic garden of Eden. It was a very low key, pampered choice for a solo trip. I'd recommend this as a great couple's weekend.

Perfect location. Close to town yet private and lush and right on the lake. The service was exemplary! Room was extremely clean and updated.

Hotel Eden Roc is not only a beautiful resort in a fantastic location, but I must say the hotel service was second-to-none. At every level the staff was ready to please, and could not have been more friendly. An especially nice touch was the welcome champagne Apero by the General Manager. Very personal and impressive! We will return.

Was soll man über ein solches Hotel schon sagen. Da stimmt ja von A bis Z in der Regel alles. Da dort auch Menschen arbeiten, kann doch der eine oder andere Fehler passieren und das muss nicht an die grosse Glocke gehängt werden (sind ja Einzelfälle). Der Aufenthalt war auch in diesem Jahr einfach nur goldig. Wir weiterempfehlen dieses Hotelsehr gerne weiter.
