Great location, room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was staying during a heatwave, because the AC unit is by the entrance and the bed is in a separate part of the studio, so it was insanely hot at night and hard to sleep. In normal temperatures 5/5, but in a heatwave only 4/5. (If the hotel sees this maybe invest in some standing fans?)

Good location and convenient services

Very convenient location a couple of hundred metres from Torino Porta Susa. This is not a standard hotel, the reception is not continuously staffed although I did arrive within the time window and only had a small wait before someone appeared. The apartment was spacious and fine although a bit noisy (I believe my room was located over the gate entry to the car park). The TV in the lounge did not work. I did not use the kitchen facilities during the overnight stay. Coffee available in the morning, but no breakfast service.

I stayed in this residence and found the room itself to be excellent: large, spacious, and very practical. However, there is a significant point of concern regarding the ground floor units. All the windows—including those in the living room and the bathroom—look directly onto the parking lot. The privacy is very poor because the blinds are either too small or non-existent. In the bathroom, there is only a simple linen curtain, which made us feel very uncomfortable while showering, especially since people pass by right in front of the windows. It’s a shame because the apartment is lovely, but the lack of proper window coverings at street level really affected our comfort.

Stay was perfect for a few days in Turin, location was extremely ideal and everything I needed was easily accessible.

Very Accessible

Very friendly reception team. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a family room for 5 people which offered more than enough space including a kitchenette. We also really appreciated the parking facilities in the courtyard. The only drawback was the charging option for charging the electric car. With a charging speed of 1.1 KWh, this is not up to date and completely inadequate for charging a fully electric car. Luckily, there were public stores nearby which we used. I can still highly recommend the accommodation!

Location is super close to the bus station. No breakfast avaliable but room have kitchenet so bring some food to cook or heat up.

Great room with a kitchen. The location is convenient, but not in a pretty area,nor is there any retail immediately nearby ( restaurants or shopping).

What a lovely place to stay! We were greeted with such kindness. Since there was a little kitchen, we frequented a local grocery and cooked our own food. Lovely!

Very happy with the accommodation and its very conveniently situated. The staff in reception were one of the most friendly,professionals, helpful i have ever met. Gabriele was amazing with his advice, professionalism and charm. The same can be said for the lovely young man on the evening shift,whose name escapes me,sorry. Overall ,my husband and i would recommend Star Residence and we would definitely stay there again.

Alles war sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr Hilfsbereit und immer mit einem lächeln. Es hat im innen Hof Parkplätze und auch eine Ladestation für E-Autos.
