Great place close to airport with friendly efficient staff and comfy beds. Best sleep in a while.

Really amazing staff, delicious food at the restaurant, and the rooms met our needs. The shuttle service was right on time, though did drop us off in a strange part of the airport. We did wish that the rooms had air conditioning - even though it was not hot out, the rooms were quite warm and the fans provided were loud. All in all would stay again!

I spend a night there on my way to another destination. It's close to the airport, but you'd better take a taxi (€~20). Service was great and the hotel was clean, but it was hard to shower because of low water pressure.

Nice hotel near the airport, quiet area, nice room with comfy bed. Nice infrared room and sauna. Welcoming staff.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. The taxi they called for us was prompt and friendly. There's a small supermarket 400 meters away that opens at 6:30, which is very convenient. The room was a bit hot, and ours faced the street, so it was a bit noisy at night.

We had to check in at a different location, 250m from the room.

An excellent place to stay particularly if you are needing to be close to the airport. Easy to find too. It would be Ideal for business meetings. The staff are fantastic. The room delightful and the breakfast was fabulous. Thankyou Therese for everything you did for us.

The air conditioning and wifi didn’t work. The room was small. The staff didn’t do a thing regarding the air conditioning and said they would send someone up. They also never sent up water when we asked. The place is not worth it.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet residential area not far from the airport. I actuality walked the 5.5 km on a beautiful evening at sunset. Very clean, quiet room with all ammenities including air conditioning. Free bottles of water and a can of sparkling water were highly appreciated. Little fridge was welcome to keep food cold. Very nice shower cabin and lots of vlean towels. Not far from the airoport. Took a talk a the train for one station.

The only complaint we have is that the room was quite hot, and we were unable to cool it down with the fan provided. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Was upgraded from their Just Rooms facility to Das Reinisch facility and the accommodations were great.

Like that the staff was helpful and the room was nice.

I hate having to write a somewhat negative review but feel it is justified. We booked a room with Reinisch Just Rooms. The day before checkin I received an email saying that the check in desk is at their other hotel down the street. This would be inconvenient at best during the day or if we were not traveling with luggage. Neither was the case for us. We arrived to the lobby with luggage at about 10:30 PM local time. The staff was very friendly but when asked about how to get to the other hotel they said there was nothing they could do. That it was just down the street. Too late to change plans at that point we walked down a very dark street near the airport in Vienna by ourselves to the other building. We almost walked by it because we were “on the lookout” of our surroundings as well as the building was not lit up. I literally had to use my phone’s flashlight to see where to tap our room key to open the outside door. The whole situation made us feel unsure and uncomfortable but we were also not going to chance walking back to complain. The room itself was clean and suitable. It lives up to the name “Just Rooms”. Fine for a night, as we were flying out early the next morning but, honestly can not recommend this hotel for anything more. Get there while the sun is out.

It was a sunday and everything was closed. It is a small neighborhood closed to airport. Iour flights was canceled and we had to stay another day. Hotel and service was nice and quiet

Unfortunately the room I was given was rather small. Not much space for only 2 adults. Also, I travel with my Amazon Firestick so I can watch English TV channels and this room came with a TV that had only 1 HDMI port. Very, very difficult to get the Amazon stick to work properly. Never could get the ability to control the sound properly. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Easy going from start to finish. Use of amenities were seamless. Person at the front desk was really chill and accommodating. Many thanks
