The front desk help was great. The lady who made us breakfast was wonderful. The property needs some updating. The second bathroom had a shower that’s water would flow off onto the bathroom floor so we were not able to use the second bathroom. The gym which we always use as an amenity was never open but still listed on Expedia. They turned the air conditioner off when we were out and about instead of down so it was very hot when we would get back to the apartment. The stay was fine. The facilities lacked. The staff were amazing.

It was ok. 2 beds in an apartment. Living room was replaced with a bed. Noisy to the hallway...breakfast was fine with a nice terrace.

Clean, safe, central to the museum, palace, shopping and dining.

The Boutique Cibeles is an amazing hotel situated in the heart of Madrid. The apartments are huge, very clean and the staff service is excellent! I highly recommended this property.

The rooms and apartments are spacious and comfortable, but they need some renovations. It looks like a hotel that's been abandoned by its management, but with more care, it could be a gem. The location is perfect. Close to everything.

The property is super outdated. They really need to replace the cracked kitchen counter and ripped headboard. In the fridge, there was a half empty bottle of water that they will charge but I reported it. Photos online doesn’t fit the description of stay. We requested a new room but they said all rooms are booked.

While the property isn’t the newest or the nicest, the location is amazing! I only wish the second bedroom wasn’t open to the living room.

Be careful. High price paid for a room that smells bad, is humid, dirty, in a poorly maintained property, and with a view of a storage area? The photos are completely misleading compared to the actual room. When I pointed this out to the front desk after check-in, they told me they couldn’t cancel the reservation or refund my money due to their “cancellation policy.” This is not about canceling because I changed my mind — it’s because I am not receiving what I paid for. If they don’t refund me, I will take legal action. I DO NOT recommend this place. For the same price and in the same area, you can find 5-star luxury hotels — as I did right after leaving this place immediately.

Great value for a very well located small boutique property, especially considering how large the rooms are with the one bedroom suite, accommodating, large family, two big beds clean, small and very lovely small rooftop breakfast with a wonderful view

Super stay !

The only redeeming value for this property is its great, central location. Otherwise, the apartment needs a lot of work. Some of the issues are: Kitchen countertop is cracked Headboard in one of the bedrooms is falling apart Rust, mold and cracks around both bath tubs The unit requires you to go up 14 stairs to get to the living quarters, so it's not fun doing it with luggage The sofa bed did not have bedding and we were charged $30 for it The apartment we stayed it was on the top floor, but it has tiny windows so it ruined the potentially great views The apartment is absolutely not worth what we paid for it. I would not recommend it to anyone.
