heater was out of order. Terrible freezing hour until room change. The reception staff was kind and helpful.

We arrive at the Komatsu Airport at 9 PM. The Route-Inn shuttle picked us up a 9:15 PM and took us right to the hotel. The English speaking manager explained to us the details for taking the Route-Inn shuttle to the train station the next day. In the morning, we enjoyed the free breakfast buffet which had an excellent selection of food. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

We stayed at the hotel in the previous night of my friends' wedding. It was helpful for us that the hotel lent us an iron and an iron board. The spa was fabulous.

The hotel was kind of dumpy and very inconveniently located. We had to take a taxi to get everywhere, even to the hotel from the airport.

天然温泉がとてもよくて、贅沢なかけ流しで思わず長風呂と朝風呂もしました。幸せな貸し切り気分でした。 他は普通ですが、自販機が電子マネーであれば文句無しです。コンビニが中にないので、アイスの自販機も欲しいなーと思ったり。入ってすぐの冷蔵庫はすぐ冷えないため。

駐車場が無料、部屋は快適、朝食も合格

小松空港の近くなので予約しましたが、初めて新館に泊まりました。室内は綺麗で設備も良く、快適でした。

新館でキレイでした。コーヒーを飲もうとした時にカスが溜まっていて交換の時間待ちました。たしかコーヒー飲めない時間があるので、その時間帯に交換しておいてもらえると待ち時間もなく良かったと思います。

天然温泉の大浴場にたっぷりと入れて、とても満足度の高いホテルです。 客室も清潔だし、良い宿です❗️

新館が出来てたのは知りませんでした。施設内は静かで綺麗。

全体的に値段の割に優良ホテルかと思います。大浴場もあり素晴らしい 朝食がバイキング形式ですけど、種類が豊富で素晴らしい、気に入りました！後、無料でホットコーヒーもあり非常に良かったです。 気になった事が2つ、①部屋のトイレの便座が冷たいのが、がっかりしました②ちょっとカードキーを抜いて外出、帰って来たら部屋が暑すぎて、これまた、がっかりしました

すべて良かったです

大浴場があり、ゆっくり入ることができました。朝食バイキングも美味しかったです。

お風呂の湯質も良く、部屋もきれいで良かった。
