Nos encantó el hotel. Todo el personal muy amable, el desayuno muy rico. El cappuccino y el chocolate del desayuno es el final. Muy bueno. Lo único es que en la habitación que nos toco hacia mucho frío, sin embargo en recepción gentilmente nos dieron mas colchas. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Volvería! Lo recomiendo. Esta relativamente cerca de todo.

The room was not what i expected but didnt care much as i only needed it for the nught before i took the flight back home.

The hotel was great , very clean , front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, quick check in , parking facilities is near the hotel , reasonable price, they only think I didn’t like much is the area , the streets are dirty

The staff was friendly. Check in was quick. The surrounding area is noisy, but dirty and unsafe at night. The hotel is old and rooms are very small.

Foi uma visita inesperada reservada de última hora quando o outro hotel onde eu ia ficar acabou não dando certo, e foi a melhor coisa que me aconteceu. Suíte enorme, confortável, com uma ótima vista urbana, café da manhã maravilhoso incluso, recepção agradabilíssima, localização conveniente, tudo. Fico muito feliz e recomendo.

Me quede una noche en este lugar, la Suite Superior y no lo recomiendo para nada. El baño todo sucio y ceramica vieja. Las camas muy incomodas y se sentian los resortes, cada vez que me movia la cama hacia ruido. Lo decente es el lobby que se ve de buen ver, pero los cuartos no los recomiendo. Nadie de mi familia pudo descansar y estaban preocupados de que las sabanas no estuvieran "limpias"

Overall the hotel itself was good for the most part, if very old and in need of renovations. The King bed that was advertised turned out to be two twins pushed together, which is far from the same thing, so I feel like that’s.false advertising and was very disappointing. The biggest issues were that the parking lot was a block away and didn’t actually belong to the hotel, and the neighbourhood it’s located in was horrible with garbage all over the streets and a prevailing smell of human waste. So while the hotel itself was a decent value for what I paid, where it’s located leaves much to be desired.

We stayed several nights. The break fast is good. The rooms are spacious. The cleanliness in the rooms is ok. Lobby is good. Service is friendly and overall good value for what you pay.

Nice little hotel, good for a one night stay. Nothing fancy but it was cheap,clean and convenient.

The hotel is situated in a noisy location, windows seem not helping, I could hear the trucks and people party from the 12th floor!

Cold rooms, aircondition is not enough for heating. There were some insect at baggage room. Not helpful workers.

Hotel muito mal gerenciado! Internet não funcionou os 2 dias que fiquei e precisei trabahar na área do Lobby....Café da manhã poderia ser melhor se houvesse reposição. No primeiro dia acordei cedo e tinha opções para comer porém no segundo dia acordei mais tarde e não tinha praticamente nada para comer e o senhor do café me disse que não tinha reposição! Na região existem muitos hotéis melhores aonde o custo benefício acaba sendo muito melhor.....O apartamento que fiquei (808) tinha um vazamento na privada que deixou parte do banheiro alagado...Não retornaria nem se fosse de graça! Melhorem o Serviço Urgente

The price is affordable for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is delicious every morning and staff was very helpful!!!!! Neighborhood not the best but I had no issues. Uber is always recommended!

This hotel is not in a good location. To be blunt about my experience the front desk staff was ill and did not speak any English. Additionally, the wifi did not work at all. The bigger issue that I felt unsafe in this hotel. Right outside of the hotel there were homeless people using the bathroom right on the hotel itself. Additionally, at night when trying to take an uber to the hotel I had my uber cancel my ride for safety reasons after realizing our location. The TV was a joke, it was old with static all over the screen with only 3 channels. I would not reccomenned this hotel to anyone, and I am shocked expedia would partner with this hotel.

Quarto limpo, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários atenciosos, facilidade no transporte público, restaurantes próximos ao hotel e a ducha é ótima.

Ótimo opção pelo custo-benefício.
