Stayed here many times. Rooms, amenities and location are all great. This was our first time staying on the first floor street side - never again…it is too noisy. Choose higher floors or interior.

What a beautiful hotel and the staff were so helpful. I would go back and stay at this hotel if we ever visited London again. It was well located and close to many attractions. Thank you for a wonderful experience

This is a high quality hotel in the middle of Westminster and close to the St James Park tube station. The rooms are fitted out to a high standard (tile floors, top quality bathroom fittings etc) and are fully equipped. At a time of very high hotel prices in London this was a good find; a top quality room at a medium (for London) price. I would recommend.

Clean, quiet, classy, convenient, well maintained, good f&b options, and very close to the underground station…excellent overall.

The room was lovely and the location could not be better for viewing the sights since we could walk to many of them. The Concierge service was excellent.

We stayed here 10 years ago for our honeymoon and returned for our 10 Year anniversary. Room was spacious, very clean, and well appointed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They would leave treats in our room throughout our stay including a special one for our anniversary that were all delicious. The breakfast was nice and the lounge was very convenient, especially for early mornings. The area around the hotel has several pubs, a Starbucks, and the Underground station immediately across the street. Close walk to Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. Very safe, convenient location. Hope to return…maybe for our 20th.
