Very nice hotel,clean room,very good breakfast

Very nice suite (403), and the buffet breakfasts were great. Parking was easy, with just a tight turn in from the street. Quiet at night, and 10-15min walk from the centre. The TV was a good size, and worked with our laptop over HDMI. BUT.. the WiFi was stone-age. Fast, yes, but it was insure, blocking all encrypted connections to websites, business VPNs, and even SSH. Unacceptable, and the reason for fewer than 5-stars.

Hotel Kemaris is well located for those wanting to be close to restaurants, shops, and of course the beaches. Our room was a good size for our trip. Some improvements could be more consistent and deeper room cleaning. Some days our floor was not vacuumed at all, sheets never changed (we were there for multiple weeks long stay), water replaced, soap, etc. I think it just depends on the person doing the cleaning that day, so some days were better than others (some employees would be done with cleaning the whole room in less than 5 min). Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the location worked really well for our trip.

I was in Biarritz for just one night and this was an awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed, a comfortable bed, very clean, and amazing location. I easily walked to town and to all the beaches from this location. I would definitely stay here again! The breakfast is also worth getting. Many thanks!

Apartment had no views/balcony or even the ability to have the window wide open (ground floor), entirely negating the benefit of having its own kitchen, because the darkness of it made you want to go out and eat every meal. The main double bed was lovely but the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Not much better than simply sleeping on the floor. The following night we booked ab Airbnb property that was similar in every way but only a third of the price. In fact it was considerably better because it had a balcony with chairs and tables on.

Great stay and very convenient location. It could be just a bit better in cleanliness but overall 5 star.

I had a very lovely stay here on a solo trip. Room was spacious and clean with a terrace. Everything is in walking distance from it and it is close to a stunning costal view.

L’équipe à la réception est exceptionnelle. Le placement de l’hôtel à proximité de la plage est parfait pour ceux qui envisage de prendre avantage des vagues tôt le matin ou tard le soir pour le surf. Fortement recommandé!

Very welcoming reception, nice location, and comfortable accommodation. Booked two nights but my plans changed and I checked out after one night. Still everything was good. Recommend it.

We had a great stay. I was able to call up a ahead to ask about parking and they reserved a space for me in the private car park. The staff was very nice, advised on what we should do with our day in Biarritz, and allowed us to check in an hour early as our room was ready. The room was very comfortable and the aircon worked well. We will definitely comme back.

My partner and I stayed a week for a last minute holiday in Biarritz. We did not rent a car, and this hotel is very central. It was an enjoyable experience walking everywhere and we were able to walk back to the hotel throughout the day due to proximity to the main beaches and restaurants. I appreciated having an always-staffed front desk, a balcony, and quiet accommodation to relax. Thank you :)

Good location. Friendly staff. Big room. The area is a (expensive!) nightmare to park. Cleaning was not very well organised. Toilets with leaking flush (sometimes)/lack of ventilation
