It’s shameful and disgraceful for a hotel to employ workers who steal! When I buy my own things, put them in my bag and in shopping bags, and then come back to find them gone — that clearly means someone laid their hands on my belongings and violated my privacy while I was a guest in your hotel! Where is the safety? Where is the respect? Instead of taking responsibility and seriously investigating the matter, you choose to lie to the guests who came to you with trust — paying money expecting comfort and security, not theft! The least a respectable hotel should say is “We will look into it,” not “Nothing happened.” What’s the point of going home with my belongings stolen?! People put their trust in you, and you repay them with negligence and covering up for thieves! Honestly, I don’t recommend anyone to stay at a hotel that doesn’t take responsibility for its workers or its guests’ safety — a place like that doesn’t even deserve one star!

Once we arrived at the room, we noticed a strong smell of cigarettes. We gently asked the receptionist to change our room because both of us are non-smokers, and that smell made us feel uncomfortable. However, we had a reservation for a tour, and for this reason, we were in a rush, so we asked to change the room once we returned (in approximately 2 hours). The receptionist promised to organize it. However, once we were back, the receptionist told us that all rooms were sold out and they couldn’t help us. They gave us a chemical product and suggested that we use it ourselves, which is not appropriate for a 4-star hotel. During checkout, the receptionist didn’t even ask us about our experience and did not apologize for the situation. This attitude shows that they are not interested in providing a decent experience for their clients. Additionally, the room itself was somewhat damaged; we noticed stains of unknown origin on the wall and the base of the bed.

Very nicely situated, Soave has a beautiful historical center. The hotel room was very large and quiet, a king-size bed, bathroom impeccable and very well equipped (except for the hairdryer), minifridge with a couple of free beverages, breakfast is nice without being great. All in all a great experience and very good value for the price we paid.

Modern chic hotel in a central location. Very friendly and efficient service from all staff. Loved the proximity to town centre and old town. Some of the best pizza I've ever had during this mini trip and would even consider going back purely for that. A wonderful little town, full of lovely people leading an idilyc life.
