Nice location, good pool and working hot tub, Giovani a bartender at the pool bar is so good and nice.

Great Property close to everything. Loved the pool and the large rooms with plenty of space to spread out and relax

Easy access to the beach, great eats, and entertainment. We were able to park our car rental in their lot and that was really convenient to access. The only thing the rooftop bar is a separate entity and there was slight miscommunication but they were able to rectify it without a problem.

No air conditioner

I think they have to work in Better cleaning especially in the room, some cool air in the lobby and waiting area the shampoo,body wash and conditioner has all the same things

Not everything that they offered is available, they list it so you will book it and when you arrive they tell you they don’t have it.

Convenient located and it has parking

Hotel is centrally located. Close to all the shops, nightlife and beach. The ac could be better for the rooms.

Location was selected due to walking distance to Ferry. Location very noisy is off of main Avenue. Did not use any services for 1 night was affordable and convenient.

Everything went well. Check in was a breeze and parking below was a bonus Dj on the roof top pool area was perfect

I expected hotel to be nicer..rooms are not what the pictures show. It’s older and no iron or blow dryer in rooms, towels were old, no wash towels.Toilet was clogged when we got there already but was fixed quickly. FYI ..The shower has no door/privacy. No comforters only a flat sheet to cover yourself. The only thing that I like was cold ac, the rooftop pool, bartenders were nice and that is close to 5ta ave but I wouldn’t stay there again. Oh and the parking garage is horrible not enough space to move your vehicle around to be able to park.

Decent hotel, bit run down. Big minus for only having 3 working sun chairs by the pool, there were 5 when we arrived, I broke on by sitting on it and another guest broke another. They were super old and worn out on the mesh part. The last 3 days of our trip they only had sun 3 beds with umbrellas, which went super fast. a staff member said the owner knew and planned to buy more, but didn’t during our 5 day stay. Not at all what the pretty pictures show on Expedia and their rooftop show. We had to spend additional money going to the beach to rent sun chairs. Staff was friendly and it’s a great location. Just really worn down and the owner not seeming to care. 3 sun chairs for a 70 person hotel, quite disappointed

Excellent location right next to 5th Avenida. Large one bedroom with separate living space for our 2 teen daughters. Big balcony . Impressive view from top floor terrasse and pool . Hospitable staff .very comfy super king bed to rest after a 16 hour flight from Middle East . Cons : no microwave Will recommend this hotel .

Large, comfortable room that was quiet at night. Rooftop was very nice, a great place to hangout in the pool and get a margarita. Location was perfect right off 5th Ave.

Room are huge with beautiful decoration.The location is a plus(less than one block from 5th ave) and staff friendly.We'll be back again for sure!
