Every single staff member was helpful and nice in either English and Spanish.

Excellent

We were not notified that the AC was uncergoing maintenance, causing the room to become uncomfortably hot. We reported the issue to the fron desk, but no resolution was offered. I had to leave early to take a flight and they even wanted to charged my wife extra money, after i made sure I paid.

It is a comfortable property, very well located. Staff is very kind.

Incredible hotel! The staff was the best and super friendly. The indoor/outdoor pool is amazing, even if the weather is not prime, the terrace is equipped with heaters. Awesome shower too! Close enough to Zona T and Parque de la 93 to walk everywhere, but just far enough to not be bothered by traffic or city noise during evenings.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The room Very comfortable. The staff was excellent and really made everything super easy. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely return

Everything was fine. My only problem with the Hotel BOG was that they charged me an extra 20/30000 pesos when I arrived for coffee and water in my room. I just arrived at the Hotel, and I am not even in my room, and they charge me extra for nothing? You have a nice Hotel, so please don't be cheap. When the customer leaves your place, charge him for what he/she drinks, but please do not charge before anything! very disappointed

Great hotel. Really comfortable spacious room, amazing breakfast (buffet and specially cooked), great location right next to a park that's great for running in. Staff incredibly helpful all the time. Definitely stay there again!

The shower floor looked dirty

Very average hotel, especially for Colombia. Very nice staff but entire hotel could use upgrade (gym, spa, elevators, hallways). The five star reference is the name should not be allowed.
