The reception was good, but I got room 506, which had the sound of a laundry machine every hour, a small elevator, and mediocre food. The walk to Pratunam Mall is quite far. Especially when it's hot, my face feels like it's burning all the way. It's quite a long walk. Ordering a Grab is a bit difficult, perhaps because of construction and traffic jams. I liked the service, but the room was less so because it was noisy with the washing machine.

Beyond my expectations, I thought the hotel room would be so small, but the design is nicely done to make it look spacious.

I'm from Indonesia and was served by a receptionist named TOR. Wow, the service was excellent. I'll definitely stay here for my next trip because the hotel is comfortable and safe, and the room was clean, especially the toilet.

It's okay just for a stopover. The location is in the middle of a shopping center so it's a bit crowded. But they do provide car parking.

Nice hotel when you really like hotel near PRATUNAM Market area. When you look for really comfortable place to stay. Can be not really recommended because the location just on busy areas around. The breakfast just really bad because the restaurant just very small for all the guests who stay there. Very bad and we just really don’t like that at all. I said the best plus from this hotel is the Staff just so AMAZING 🤩.

The water in the room is very weak. The toilet smells. The staff at checkout is not polite to the guests. The room facilities are sketchy.

Interesting experience while staying at MyHotel Pratunam. The hotel is quite close to Phaya Thai Station, but because we arrived at the station at night, we had to pass through a very quiet & tense road from the station to the hotel. But all our worries paid off when we arrived at the hotel, greeted by a very friendly & helpful receptionist. The room was quite clean, comfortable, cleaned every day, towels changed every day, the food was delicious. Very close to Pratunam Market, Platinum, December, Tofu, just walking distance. Next time I will stay here if I go to Thailand
