Your air conditioner in the lobby, lounge and dinning area was broken for the 2 days I was there, it was extremely uncomfortable for trying to have a bite there. Breakfast sausage wasn’t cooked thoroughly and I had to let the kitchen know. It was my first time staying there I’m not sure I would stay again.

The overall cleanliness is acceptable Staff were not helpful Phone in the unit was just beeping I tried to get hold of the staff for water and some more new cups they said you need to come down and buy it (my very first experience like this) When you call they are supposed to bring you whatever you need I don’t mind pay for them

Enjoyed the breakfast!

No problem with the cleanliness of the room/hotel. Friendly staff. Need to make some minor repairs. For example, the tub did not drain properly. There was a puddle of water as I showered. The toilet did not flush properly. Small things, but noticeable. Lastly, the jets did not work on the hot tub and I noticed there were several tub tiles missing on the hot tub which made the whole hot tub e experience subpar.

Black mold in the shower on the roof. Desk attendant on check in has a terrible personality.

Very well maintained property. We were concerned that there would be an obvious smell/odour from pets, but the staff did a great job in keeping the property odour-free. The hotel even had free bags at the front entrance to pick up after your dog. Really enjoyed our stay.

The room was nice but the beds were very hard, lumpy, and both beds had squeaky springs. Every minor movement made loud creaking and it woke my baby up throughout the night. The pool heater and hottub jets were both broken. The staff were polite but also very pushy for us to purchase their private parkade parking, however we were fine on the street.

I usually stay at Sheraton. I was pleasantly surprised how amazing this hotel was. Clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms! Excellent staff.
