Nice hotel

Took the family here and had a great stay. The beach is accessible via the property. Also had a pool. We enjoyed the breakfast since, typically, spanish breakfast is late and there are not many places to eat if you like to start your day early.

The location and pool were wonderful! It is right on the beach but you still need to rent a beach chair/umbrella for additional fee. We had to put a deposit down to get pool towels - $10 per towel. Our room was clean-ish. There was a musty smell and you can tell it’s outdated. The beds were not at all comfortable. One very thin pillow. Our AC did not work well. No coffee machines in the room!! And no shampoo in the dispenser - found out the hard way after a beach and pool swim. I had to wash my hair with body wash and NO conditioner! The food was mediocre at best. We’ve stayed at 4 locations in Mallorca and this was our least favorite. Not horrible but enough issues that I would not go back.

Loved the property. There are a lot of activities scheduled and it’s in the perfect location.

Excellent hotel situated on the beach front, very friendly staff, plenty of activities, diverse dinner options, great swimming pools. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice stay! Very nice room, very clean. Excellent view of the ocean. The breakfast was ok in quality, but plentiful in choice. The pool and indoor areas (sauna, steam room) were so nice! And accessible without needing a spa pass.

Beautiful Resort with an amazing view of the ocean! Outdoor pool with a walkout to the beach was super convenient but the Pool was too cold to swim since it’s still too early in the season. We stayed well hydrated with the convenience of having an outdoor bar by the pool.

This is a nice hotel right on the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. Our view of beach was great and the breakfast was excellent. The parking on nearby streets can be challenging.

Hotel is very modern and clean. It's changed ownership in the past few years, we've stayed there before and some things have changed. The food selection now is nowhere near as good as it used to be. 5/10 for that. In 2014 I would have given it 9/10. Also, the management have disabled the air conditioning in the hotel during our stay in May because it doesn't get so hot. Maybe OK if you're native Majorcan, but us Northern Europeans were all complaining of the stifling heat in the rooms.

Positives- Friendly staff, nice choice of food from the buffet, beach lovely and so close. Nice rooms-very clean and modern. Negatives- pool towels only changed on a Monday Wednesday and Friday. All cardio machines broken, old and rusty in the "fitness suite" Evening entertainment was not every night and was poor

The room, with fantastic views over the bay was quite spacious, with adequate storage space, fridge and FS TV. No tea/coffee making facilities (although available at extra charge at reception), as was the key operated room safe. The room had comfy twin beds and was very quiet at night, except for the odd ping from the lift arriving on the landing. The bathroom was in need of a bit of TLC, but shower etc was adequate. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent and everywhere was spotless. The pool area was lovely and we never had a problem getting a sun bed (although the weather was unsettled). Dinner is served buffet style with a separate 'show cooking' area. A notice at the restaurant entrance clearly advises guests that shorts are not acceptable at dinner, sadly on a number of occasions we noticed that this was not enforced. The food is displayed beautifully and looks very appetising. However, overall the dining experience was very disappointing compared to other hotels we have visited. The labelling of food on the cold buffet was minimal and a lot of the time you didn't know what is was. Food from the hot buffet was sometimes only lukewarm. The guests in the hotel during the week we stayed were 90% German, like the resort. We were aware of this before we booked, however, we did feel a bit isolated in the end and missed the usual daily banter you get with a more cosmopolitan mix.

Absolutely super hotel. Rooms decent size & very comfortable with balcony. Ours was on top floor (9th) overlooking beach. Food plentiful & quite varied. Staff very helpful. Clientele mainly German.Though a lot of people reserved sunbeds very early in the morning, we found no problems getting 2 with a parasol.Evening entertainment so-so at best, but pretty much on par with most other hotels. Highly recommend.

Fantastisk vistelse på ett fint hotel med utmärkt läge. Vänlig, service inriktad personal, både frukostbufet och middagen bjöd på stor variation och hög kvalite. Prisvärt för finsmakare.

Exzellenter Service,gutes Essen und gute Getränke. Das Team an der Pool Bar war das Beste das wir je erlebt haben. Zimmer waren gut aber müssten stellenweise renoviert werden. Trotzdem eine Note 1,0
