This is a uniquely situated property with the poorest of connection to the airport it serves. Taxis take you from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1. where you hoof it through the airport to find the hotel. The room's shower door leaked causing daily issues. The hotel does allow a few select taxis on site which was a saving feature one day, The restaurant on site is the only game in town save for a lively nearby community bar. The restaurant had a pathetic range of mezcal and an overworked waiter and average food. The morning buffet was better. As a Bonvoy member, my membership got me a room next to the elevator shaft so that thumping went on all night. A huge disappointment on all levels.

El hotel es una gran sorpresa, tiene estándares mas altos que un típico hotel de aeropuerto consecuentemente es un poco mas caro. Es muy recomendable si uno tiene que pasar mas que solo la noche para tomar un vuelo al dia siguiente, pues tiene un buen restaurante, bar y gimnasio muy adecuados. De no ser por estar justo en el aeropuerto no se sentiría como un hotel del aeropuerto. Me parece mucho mejor que otros dos que estan en la misma terminal 1 El staff es muy agradable; las instalaciones muy limpias

Convenient location attached by a walkway to Terminal 1 (note: there is a tram between Terminal 1 & 2 that is easy to use.) The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, water pressure in the shower is not that strong, the gym was nice, elevators were quick, and breakfast was very good. The personalized taxi transport was very good and reasonably priced. We felt very safe in the hotel and had a wonderful time.

Great hotel in the Benito Juarez Airport if you are catching an early flight the next morning. It’s walking distance to 1 terminal and a shuttle bus is available every half hour to other terminals.

The best property for a late arrival or an early departure. A good hub for bus transportation throughout central Mexico and within Mexico City. Multiple dining options within the airport and more economical options in the neighborhood just outside the airport for Spanish speakers. Workout room has a good set of dumbbells, a cable machine, several stand alone focused machines, ellipticals, treadmills, rowing machine, recumbent and upright exercise bikes.

It was unique because staff are available and helpful. Also it was a great stay due to convinient acces to food places to eat.
