The electricity plugs seemed to be old. My friend's room had an issue, and the plug got burned. Very risky.

The staff provided good service, the breakfast was clean, the housekeeping staff did a good job, and the rooms were clean.

Strategic location, lots of places to eat and very easy to get to.

Our experience with this hotel was not good I can't deny that the room is really good clean good view we spent 2 night with breakfast but in terms of breakfast as a foreigner I wasn't satisfied I couldn't eat nothing except fruit in the morning 2 day of the check out I skipped the breakfast when I ask to have a fried eggs they said that what in the buffet and if you want to eat food you need to order so you will need AliPay/WeChat or master card so I was trying to use it but they need to verify it through message to my number I ask in the hotel if they can order for me and pay them cash they said a silly excuse sorry I don't have my phone so we were obliged to take bus and go look for food and it was so cold even to see attractions no one tell that there is a shuttle bus normally any hotel must inform the visitors about the breakfast and buses if I didn't ask they told me about the shuttle bus that they can't now and they want to send me to take it from another hotel which makes me feel really disappointed I would never comeback there again I've never right a review about any hotel but this one makes me feel very bad one more thing this hotel even if you pay it online they will ask you for a deposit like 500 macanese pataca so I didn't have I was obliged to give 100USD.

No taxi around there. Waiting taxi for one hour to go to bus station to hongkong, so bad.

Administration at counter counter is slow in Czech. Because the conditions are very much.

Check-in process and check out very smoothly. the hotel is clean, the service is excellent. for evening entertainment etc are very supportive. very close to the ferry dock (only about 5 minutes by taxi). Argo initial 17 dollar has not moved, we have reached the destination in the golden dragon. But for something to eat at the restaurant in general very difficult. There was only hotel2 restaurants around the course.

Great hotel with spacious rooms. In the vicinity of the hotel which sells lots of food. In the hotel there is also a Casino for those who like.
