Good enough breakfast

The person from the front desk was very rude and feels like the owner from the hotel, no want to give me another towel for my hair claiming that was one towel per person even though I stay in a bedroom for 4. Then when check in she didn’t gave us the keys activated and make us to go to the line like just new clients.

Unit was clean , had a smell but nothing too bad.

Clean room, very friendly staff, mostly quiet

Hotel is dated. Blinds, curtains, etc show decay, stains, ruptures, etc. the AC unit needs cleaning, the furniture around the pool is also old and oxidized. The buffet stile breakfast is also low quality. Not worth the pay.

The hotel is nice and spacious. I like that ours had mini fridge, microwave and storage space

Se encuentra en un lugar muy conveniente y fácil de llegar, es muy limpio y el personal muy amable en todo momento.

Close to everything. Restaurants, casinos, bars, beach, stores. What ever you were looking for was next to you.

Nice place

Room 209 was a terrible experience. The shower leaks, and water actually started seeping up through the floor. To make matters worse, we found a poodle in the room when we arrived. We informed the front desk, and a manager came to inspect the water, asking if we had spilled anything ourselves, clearly not the case. The room was dirty, smelled of mold, and the furniture was falling apart. They also overcharged my credit card $167 instead of the $107 I had paid through Expedia. Although they did issue a refund after I pointed it out, it felt dishonest and makes me wonder how often this happens. If you’re paying at the hotel, double-check your charges. I can’t recommend this place, and I truly don’t understand how it qualifies as a 3-star hotel.

This property was a quick fix for another property. We were supposed to stay at that had safety and health concerns. It was OK.

Beach access was not available like advertised, we had to walk out from the hotel into the street to walk down the beach
