Very welll located.

Location

Excellent place to stay. It is clean and comfortable. The food is excellent, and the staff is always polite and eager to deliver the finest service possible.

Everything

Everyone at the Hotel was very nice, happy and very helpful. Even in situations of stress (due to another guest’s rudeness) everyone seemed to still help with respect and a smile in their faces. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I will definitely comeback.

The noise every day like someone knocking the ceiling and the toilet terrible or the guy knocking the door for the laundry and later the manager coming in to dropped a little present before the check out or asking your room number for breakfast terrible for all the money I paid

The location is in the heart of miraflores. With lots of dinning and shopping options. Safe for walk and really clean

Old furniture

We enjoyed our stay at Adina even though our rooms air conditioning stopped working at one point. But the staff at the hotel were very accommodating and switched our room and also provided us a complimentary late check out so I was very satisfied.

I was early at this hotel , they didn’t let me have a early check in, I asked them because i the app didn’t show the time for the check in , they want to pay a full price as another day evethough was 2 am at morning , they don’t even let me a early check in . One teenager with no dress code was working at the hotel and the supervisor was all the time in the back a room instead of try to find a resonable solution . Won’t come back to hotel

AC did not work

They mistreat me and dud not return my 20 dollars rateros sorry service ignorants

Me encanto el hotel y servicio. Lo unico que no me gusto es que uno de los “managers” evito que las señoritas del frontdesk nos ayuden a conseguir un taxi por el aplicativo “Satelital”, diciendo que no funcionaba. Todo esto ocurrio despues que el chofer del servicio de taxi que espera afuera (y al parecer tiene un trato con el hotel) se diera cuenta que nos estaban ayudando a conseguir un taxi por aplicativo y le reclamara al manager. Eso me parecio muy mal.

Nice, small, affordable. Only negative is that you must make a reservation to use the jacuzzi!

Food and services

We had a terrific stay here. Good breakfast, kind staff- esp Daniel. Rooms were clean, updated and we were lucky to have an upgrade to a suite!
