The hotel is right in the center but seems to be old, the reception is welcoming but the lobby does not turn on the air conditioner so it is hot. The room is large, clean, satisfied with the hotel

I am very happy, close to halal food, also the healthy Ben Tanh market. The legendary post office is also close. Alhamdulillah, thank you Traveloka.

All staff members are great. A delicious breakfast. The need to maintain and promote this strong point. Thanks

Very nice and grand hotel. Though pool not as big as it seemed in pictures. Room service were quick and prompt. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel at nice location

When I booked for the room, I selected for 1 person. I came to check in together with another guest but was asked to pay an additional amount, not sure why this hotel has this rule while normally I was not charged for the additional person as I believe the room is meant for a maximum of 2 person. In addition I was also asked to pay for the breakfast fee for the additional person but I did not do so as I did not take the hotel breakfast.
