This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They lock the door between the elevator and the lobby at night and there is no one at reception — I have a 6:00 am flight from Hannover and needed to leave the hotel at 3:30 am — I was banging on the door for 10 minutes but there is no one at reception. I almost missed my taxi, except I found a door open at the back and had to walk all around the hotel in the dark pulling my suitcases — I am 77 years old — this is outrageous and reckless — I am furious and will do everything I can to make sure no one stays there in the future — and I will let the Gedenksta Bergen-Belsen know of my horrendous experience

Wonderful family getaway with our small dog

Lovely hotel a little far out of Celle so nothing apart from One restaurant within walking distance. Taxi ride 15€ into Center where there are many cars etc. Great pool and spa

We had cancelled the reservation atleast a week prior to the stay. The hotel still took the money and refused to reimburse us. They had done this to 3 other couples in our party which were all separate bookings. This was total theft and absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Everyone at the hotel was nice and helpful. The room was clean and spaceous. The restaurant at the hotel was good but slightly overpriced. Only downside is that it is not walking distance to the city center where most restaurants and shops are.

The place was so wonderful that i didn't wanna go other place. also, breakfast was good as well. the location is away from downtown, but that is the merit!

We stayed at this hotel as a base from which to visit the Bergen Belsen memorial. The hotel is beautiful and the suboceanic first rate. I couldn't fault it. Highly recommended. However with a local taxi costing 50 euro each way and with no buses running on a Sunday it was an expensive visit to the memorial!

We stayed 2 nights at the RingHotel Celler Tor. The positives: The front desk staff were very nice and helpful The shower had excellent water pressure The room was clean and tidy The included breakfast was very good, nice variety of things The Negatives: NO COFFEE IN THE ROOM The Air Conditioning in our room didn't appear to work. I opened the windows and it was cool enough outside that the room was always comfortable but during a hot spell I have my doubts I would enjoy that room. The room was small, bathroom door couldn't be opened all the way because the bed was in the way The bed was very, very hard. I asked for some foam on the bed and our second night was much more comfortable. Overall, it's a decent hotel BUT the price and image it seems to try to project doesn't fit with the amenities probided.

El servicio es excelente

Très joli hôtel et très bon restaurant. Très jolie piscine. Malheureusement le service de recharge électrique est défaillant : ce n'est pas un service de l'hôtel et il ne fonctionne pas sans carte d'abonnement spécifique.

Veldig behageleg opphald. Godt med ac på rommet. God mat og god service. Litt « stivt»/formelle ansatte, men må velvere slik. Alt i alt et flott opphold og pause fra autobahn

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem gepflegten 4-Sterne Hotel genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut für einen Besuch von Celle und der Umgebung. Unser Wunsch nach einem Wellness-Wochenende ging leider nicht in Erfüllung. Enttäuschend war, dass es kein Dampfbad mehr gibt, obwohl es in der Werbung aufgeführt war. Ebenso wurden Massagen nicht angeboten. Auch war der Sauna-Bereich am Sonntag geschlossen. Bekannt war uns nicht, dass für die Nutzung der Sauna jeweils zusätzlich 6,- € anfallen. Das Restaurant war am Sonntagabend (29.09.24) geschlossen, wir wären gern Essen gegangen, da wir schon am Freitagabend die hervorragenden Speisen genossen hatten.

Meget dejligt hotel. Det ligger dog ikke i gå-afstand til Celle by.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Slidt hotel som trænger til renovering. Da vi kom var restaurant lukket og fitness lukket pga vandskade. Værelse havde ikke aircon og vi så ikke aircon i andre dele af hotel. På værelse fandt vi slik og gamle sokker fra tidligere gæster, sølvfisk i bad og støv på alle flader i værelse. Kommer ikke igen.

Hyggeligt hotel med store værelser og venlig personale.

Hotel is ietwat verouderd.

Goed hotel. Beetje luidruchtig personeel dat in de keuken plezier maakte tijdens het ontbijt.

Rigtig dejligt sted som jeg gerne vil besøge igen

Altså irriterene at spise i restauranten hvor der sidder nogle med en hund ved siden og hunden larmer under hele spisningen...virkelig dårlig, under al kritikt!!
