Room was clean. Staff was terrific and flexible.

Bathroom floor need upgrade, saw insect crawling in downstair bathroom floor, mildew odor when entering the apartment, motion detection light in public hallway area at night (I preferred well light all the time for safety concern. Staff responds quickly to Whatsup message.

Central location, great price for the space. A very comfortable bed, mattress and pillows. A well working air conditioner. A fairly easy check-in and check-out. Some lockers for bags would be nice (the advertised service doesn’t work); there is a separate locker room about 5 minutes away.

We had to change rooms as aircon not working. It was 42C outside! New one was good overall. It had a leafy green view from the balcony overlooking a restaurant below which was lit with fairy lights at night. Several little grievances: nowhere to hang hand towels, freezer compartment was frozen stuck so couldn't get to ice cubes. A/C was v efficient. Nicely furnished. Beware their noisy code security door locking. Tricky at first.

The 1 bedroom apartment with balcony was perfect. We arrived to a clean apartment, close to places we wanted to see and visit. Convenient to local transportation (airport bus left us a few steps from the building). Not too loud, safe and clean that's what I always look for in a accomodation for my trips. We will be back. The only issue was the arrival, the code wasn't working, but once in the apartment, the magnetic key works fine for main entrance and apartment.

Superbe appartement très confortable et idéalement situé dans le quartier historique de Séville. Tout se fait à pied ou presque à partir de l’appartement. L’appartement est spacieux, bien meublé et bien équipé.

Great location, walking distance to see all the sights. Felt safe though we were woken twice by ? Neighbours knocking on the wrong door at 1.30 am . Bed was very comfortable , and kitchen area was the best we had in Spain. Penthouse area on the roof was great for breakfasts with horses clip clipping by underneath.

We didn’t think the outside space was worth the money as it had cleaning utensils (mop and bucket) plus the air conditioning unit blew hot air outside and finally the outside was not clean. Otherwise a great hotel, great location, great facilities

Amazing location and the best air conditioning in Europe, which was so essential during the heat wave. Would absolutely stay again!

We didn’t like the fact that the hotel was an apartment There was not a front desk or human to deal with We arrived very late and it was stressful to find out that we needed to learn how to get inside with codes It will be helpful to advised that the check in it was an online system

The apartment was spacious with access to many attractive places. However, the loud noise from the restaurant Casa Carmen below was excessively loud past 01:00 hours. Another negative was that we tried to call the apartment's after-hours emergency contact at least six times between 22:00 and 23:00, and no one answered the call. So why provide the number if no one will answer? Lastly, they offer early check-in and late check-out for low cost €. I did the early check-in, but when I wanted to do the late check-out, I couldn't because they said someone else was coming to the apartment. Bottom line: don't include it; it's better to say that you may not be able to do it unless you arrange it in advance. Inform the customer; that's all.

El departamento eta muy amplio y equipado. La ubicación es muy buena, recorres sevilla a pie desde el departamento. Sin duda volveria.

Great setup. 2 bedrooms are great. The horses going by are quite loud though.

Excelente apartamento. Lo único que deben mejorar es dejarle al huésped aunque sea agua para consumir.

Apartments are in a great location!…less than 5 minute walk to Cathedral and Alcazar Real Palace…many restaurants less than 10 minutes away…Triana is across the bridge about 12 minute walk…apartment was clean and AC worked well…family enjoyed our stay at AZZ Sevilla Apartamentos…thank you Ricardo and staff!

First of all, I’d like to thank the host Ricardo, ANabel Ruiz making sure we were settled in and checking in with us regularly. The hotel and location is even better than described with a fabulous view of the medieval wall and tower, to locate restaurants and Sevilla Palace and Cathedra, perfect for a family or just a couple who wants to get a real feel of Seville life and history. A 5 star location….. clean and quiet.! Definitely coming back and rebooking in the future!
