The bathroom was terrible; the smell of air freshener was unbearable, and the deodorant on the bedsheets was so strong it felt like mold. I asked to change rooms, but the receptionist said they were all booked!

The hotel is close to the Old Quarter, just a few hundred meters walk to Ta Hien Street. The staff were very helpful and I will definitely visit again. Getting around is easy, but the hotel entrance is a bit small and not easily visible.

The hotel is average, old, with basic amenities, like a guesthouse. The hallway leading into the hotel is very narrow, and the rooms are located behind another building. It's a bit unsettling to stay there. The only positive is the convenient location for getting around and finding places to eat.

Nice experience, reasonable price, very friendly staff. The hotel is located in the center of the old town, making it easy to walk around. The room is clean, well-lit, airy with many windows, and there are enough facilities. We had an enjoyable stay here for 3 days and will definitely come back!

The hotel is near the center so it is convenient to travel.

The staff is cheerful and friendly, solving problems quickly. The hotel entrance is small, I think the staff should be proactive in helping guests carry luggage (it would be better if they could bring it to the room). The room is comfortable but a bit damp, I stayed for 4 days but only had my room cleaned for the first 3 days. There was 1 day when it was not cleaned, the terrible thing was that the toilet partition was broken and I was injured (the hotel should replace it with mica plastic to avoid danger for customers, I heard from the staff that the hotel's glass broke many times but why not choose another option). The toilet flush is a bit weak, the cleanliness of the whole room is 7/10 points. The plus point is that the hotel is near the center so it's quite convenient to get around, the room price is reasonable!

The hotel is strategically located, the rooms are spacious and fairly clean. There was some dust on the bed, but it wasn't too bothersome.
