The hotel is about 10 minute to centre by the tram. It lies just nearby a big football stadium, but in the time of my stay there was no football match there. My room was quite big and well equiped. The breakfasts were really excellent and I must say only the best about the personal of dinning room, too. I am sorry, I can´t say the same about some of the girls in the reception who were not often able to answer even the quest´s "Good morning". It doesn´t make a good impression.

Amazing hotel, close to city center. Very good breakfast, best assistance

The hotel is in a good location and was well connected to the city centre and is close to a supermarket. Unfortunately, what let this hotel down was the facilities and poor customer service. Upon arriving, the room assigned to us had a broken bathroom door and the light was not working. They changed the room but there was hairs left from the previous guest on the pillow. There was also no WiFi working at this hotel and staff weren't really helpful to resolve this

Breakfast was very good. Bar staff were very nice. My problem was the bedroom. The single bed sheets were too small - not wide or long enough, so every time you moved, the sheets moved with you. The room was very hot and there was no fan. I think you should also put notices in the corridors requesting guests are quiet at night when arriving back to their rooms.

Me and my wife stayed here for 3 nights. Room was nice and cozy, bed was comfy, room and bathroom was spotless. Staff very friendly and helpful. We didn’t had any breakfast at the hotel but it looked yummy. Restaurant and bar have a good choice of tasty foods and locally crafted beer. It took us about 15min to get to city centre by tram. Highly recommend

Very good reasonably priced room and restaurant. The 25 minute drive to airport, at times congested, is only negative.

Bardzo przyzwoity i czysty hotel, mile polozenie wsrod zieleni chociaz to centrum miasta. W pokoju wszystko co potrzeba,zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty itp.Polecam restauracje: jedzenie najwyzszej klasy, pieknie zaaranzowane na talerzu. Byl to juz moj drugi pobyt w tym hotelu co rowniez swiadczy ze chetnie sie tu wraca.

Short Business trip, so worked for me. Restaurant menu was limited but food was good. Breakfast had a good choice. Staff all friendly and helpful

In my room there were two narrow beds, I haven’t slept on them for 30 years, and they are very creaky, you wake up every time you roll over. The blanket is warm, as for June, it's hot, and it's also noisy to sleep with the window open, trains constantly pass nearby, there is no air conditioning in the room. There is a wi-fi signal in the room, but there is no Internet, although the Internet works near the reception. The TV on the wall is very small, monitors are usually bigger now. They charged PLN 30 for parking, although it was written in the hotel description that parking was free. I regret that I stayed at this hotel, I was tired and unsatisfied in the morning

spent in this hotel only one night and it was very good experience . Its excellent location near Airport and other places i had to go to . I could leave my luggage there with no problem before I checked in as it was too early . I haven’t try any food as I had to leave very early in the morning . The only thing I would say it was quite loud in the middle of the night as I could hear some voices , laugh and heavy steps above my room and when I had my window opened . I think there was some school trip students enjoying themselves a bit too much although I had a pretty comfortable double bed .

Nice clean hotel with refurbished rooms. Coffee and water provided in the room. However desk service was slow and they gave me wrong room. I paid for double bed but received two small beds in twin room. I arrived at midnight very tired so I didn't go down to reception to change the room.

It was a very elegant hotel, and the reception staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was great as only a minute away from a tram stop.

The music at the weddings would up till 4 am and when it’s hot out there was no a.c in the building. I was forced to close my window and deal with a small fan in order to sleep. I didn’t even get a discount for the stay when I provided the feedback . But overall clean and service was awesome.

Cannot fault the price of the hotel with the facilities we had. Breakfast was very good and left us satisfied. The location is in a poor area but we felt safe. We caught the tram at the end of the road or walked it was super easy.

Smallest TV in the world. The bed was like sleeping on a dining room table, only much lower to the ground. Otherwise the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was convenient to the tram and old town.

Did not think the price matched the accommodation but the buffet breakfast was very good.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Comfortable clean room. Excellent breakfast including eggs and sausages. Two minutes walk to tram stop and ten minutes tram ride to main rail station and old town. Wroclaw is a fabulous city to visit. Looking forward to returning next year !

There were not coffee bags in the room,, so I phoned and ask for few coffee but they never give to us.
