Cheap but comfortable. Clean rooms.

The place is really ugly. such as rented more precisely the receptionist is not fluent in English, so it is difficult to communicate, Want to ketet the food is cheap.

For 7 days staying here, it was not pleasant, the reception was not fluent in English when checking in. Because I did not find my name registered, on the case the hotel voucher was shown buying. Online site, a bit of an error too, Comfortable, explained not mudeng, when I checked my passport. Then he said it was okay to stay the last 2 days, instead he was given a room like a barracks, the bed was level, it could fit a lot of people in the room. Because there is a Balinese stall nearby. So to find halal food is easier and the price is cheap.

The bathroom was smelly, there was no balcony like the description, the bedspreads had several holes.

The guest house is very close to the Royal Palace, I took the superior room, the canal is comfortable, private bathroom and coffee maker, the air con is good, the superior room is on the 3rd floor, there is no lift, so the stairs are pretty good, the view is great, I'm not sorry I took this room. Next time, definitely use this gest house.

The location is good, tourist attractions of the national museum, grand palace, and the banks of the Mekong river can be accessed on foot. Near places to eat, and near an ATM that provides two USD and Riel currencies. Smooth WIFI network. When visiting the hotel is being renovated so it is rather uncomfortable.

They don't even have a restaurant in the hotel. I asked for water bottles from the front desk but the employee said that they will only allow me to ask for water only once but I will stay there for three nights and they should give us water everyday. Bad things: 1. Their fridge was broken and old and smelly 2. They don't have iron. I asked for it 3. The toiletries didn't get replaced even after asking for it. We stayed for 3 days! 4. The staff hardly understand English and make it difficult for us to ask for their help Good: 1. The bed was comfortable 2. The air-con was in good condition 3. For Muslims, there is one Halal Indonesian restaurant beside the hotel, Warung Bali- the food is delicious and the price was reasonable. 4. Near to 24 hours Mart 5. Near to National Museum, Royal Palace and riverside. (walking distance)
