For a one night stay, we were pleased with the accommodations as well as the complimentary breakfast.

The staff were helpful and the hotel clean and well maintained. Well situated for Udine's sites. The only negative was being able to hear the conversations in the room next door and the noise from the hallways. Better sound proofing would be a benefit.

Last minute booking to Udine, booked this hotel BB, very clean hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable, shower cubicle a little on the small side and the AC to the room wasn’t sufficient to cool the room to a comfortable level, but this was during a heatwave.

The hotel was located only 10 minutes from the old town, bed was fine but the air con wasn’t the best. We came with dog and if you do want to take the dog for breakfast you are not allowed. Other then that was good stay because people were friendly and was comfortable.

One night stay but very pleasant

Perfect stay for a couple of nights visiting Udine and surrounding areas. The hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to the city centre. Staff at the reception are professional and helpful. Nice having the option of having breakfast in the morning.

Terrible bed in 514 under the roof, avoid rooftop apartments at all cost, aircondition cannot cool the room at all. Good breakfast.

The decor is a little tired. The bathroom was ridiculously cramped. Other than that it was fine.

This hotel was great, the room, the breakfast, the walk ability, and parking. Great value!

It was awesome. The breakfast was great and worth the price. Parking was free, ample, and close. Plus there was an elevator which was wonderful so we didn’t have to lug our bags up 3 flights. Would recommend. Great value.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good standard italian hotel breakfasts, convenient location for me (but not right in the middle of the historic centre).The site next to the hotel is under construction. I did not get disturbed much, but request a room on the side away from the construction. Tubs of all-purpose gel are the only bathroom amenity, so bring your own shampoo etc

The shower box was really too small!

Very comfortable accomodation. No frills but very good concept with great customer service and the customer is able to buy drinks/food/useful items from the reception.

Extremely disappointed that the hotel had absolutely no WIFI. Management said it could be days or weeks before the problem is resolved. It's unacceptable.

This no frills hotel is very practical for a few nights stay in the city of Udine. The staff we interacted to during our 3 nights, from the reception to the cleaners, were extremely friendly and helpful. The room and all the areas in the hotel are very clean and tidy. The vending machines by the entrance are very handy to get a drink or a snack. They actually sell proper ready meals as well from the fridge. The area is quiet but not far at all from the centre. Overall, a very good hotel that we often use when visiting the area.
