This is older hotel with updated bathrooms. A/C in room worked well, but. There is very poor lighting in the room needed to. Due work at desk. Also no comfortable chair and no coffee maker or teakettle to make coffee. Other hotels provide 1 or two bottles of water per days in this very hot location. But the only water had to be purchased. 😟. Outside the room there is no A/C. While the breakfast was great, I had to ask for A/C to be turned on upon entry many times. Agents at front desk did not know English..

Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei no Foz Plaza Hotel e percebi que está em constante melhoria. Foi uma estadia muito confortável, roupa de cama e banho de boa qualidade, quanto e banheiro espaçosos, áreas comuns bem equipadas e café da manhã excelente.

Quarto bom, área da piscina muito boa, bom atendimento, serviço de quarto bom, café da manhã bom, localização boa, academia, área de lazer e espaço pras crianças bom.

The biggest problems were that the AC was not sufficient to cool the room, and the noise from the pool area was too much. Kids screaming at the pool until 11PM even though it said the pool closed at 10PM. Also they had a band at the pool for several hours and the guy had a terrible voice.

This hotel was a great deal for the price. It was clean, had good service, and offered a safe property to rest for the night. The hot tub was great. The breakfast selection looked amazing, we had to take ours to go so we didn’t get to try a lot of the food, but it looked great! I would definitely recommend this place to others!

El lugar esta bien ubicado, cerca de un mall, tiene servicio de masaje, piscina e hidromasaje, esta limpio, el restaurante esta bien. Lo único malo es que las condiciones del hotel estan un poco desgastadas, había un desperfecto eléctrico en la habitación. Todo el resto ok.

Hotel was nice but a little dated. Front desk lady very friendly and helpful. Others - not as much. Breakfast was decent. Pool pretty but a bit dirty- loud music. About 1/2 mile or more walk to restaurants.

Centrally located hotel in Foz. Near bus station, restaurants and bars. Friendly staff. Great pool area wonderful to have on hot afternoons. Fun giant pool inflatables! Great breakfast with lots of choices. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out to visit the Brazilian side of the falls. The only real down side was the air conditioning was very loud. Keeping us up at night. Rooms could be updated but a really nice stay overall.

Atendimento ruim devido à gerente da recepcao que chamava os outros funcionários atenção na frente dos hospedes. Outros funcionários claramente tristes decido ao tratamento desta gerente. Quarto sem isolamento acústico. Muito barulho de noite da rua e dos outros quartos.

This hotel is incredible… all space is amazing… the room is very big y comfortable!
