For the price it's ok. Breakfast is good and staff are very nice and helpful.

Highly recommended for those seeking hospitality and breakfast included! The staff is amazing , they are a 5 star “ gem”. The location is perfect for exploring the town of Turnhout or catching a train to the next town . Without a hesitation , I highly recommend Turnhout City Hotel .

The staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable. They couldn’t do enough for you. The room was clean and comfortable with a few extras added. Good location. Perfect for what we needed.

The staff may have been the nicest and most helpful of any hotel I have ever stayed at in 40 years of travel.

Unfortunately other guests who was staying at the hotel ruined our stay due to their late night behaviours - loud, drunk, disrespectful contact towards other guests as well as the hotel management.

Welcomed by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, comfortable and well equipped room, breakfast well beyond our expectation - we couldn't have wished for a better stay!

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff there are very welcoming and super attentive to anything you might need. The rooms are clean, well appointed and nicely decorated. The location is great for exploring Turnhout and the area nearby. The buses all come and go from the train station which is next door. It is an easy walk to the Grote Market and all the attractions. The hotel is in the old train depot. It is a great conversion. The breakfast buffet was super. We were there for two days and they changed it up a bit each day. This is a very nice hotel. You will enjoy your stay!

Hotel is generally nice, a little loud with the trains passing behind but not too bad. There are complimentary bottles of water and beer in your room which is a nice surprise! I was on the ground floor and heard some room door slamming but this couldn't be helped as its the only way to close the door behind you. Parking is limited about 15 spots and is public so is free from 6pm until 9am but you have to be quick. Otherwise there a paid car park about 2 or 3 minute walk further down the road.

The pleasant staff were attentive and the only positive to this disappointing stay.

I have stayed all over the world in Best Western Hotels and this has to be the best! Not for the location or the size and plushness of the room, but for the service and friendliness of the staff. There was nothing they would not do to make our stay as pleasant as possible despite these COVID times. Room was comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed. Would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in the area.

Very nice hotel near the train station and city centre. The receptionists and service personnel were always very helpful.
