Very nice modern facility with friendly staff. Room was well equipped with full kitchen facilities. Only problem was the mold in the shower corners. Large free washers and dryers were a plus, but inclusive breakfast consisted of bringing your own plate from your unit and selecting a pastry from a try in the lobby. Well suited for longer stay for people wanting to prepare food in their unit. Short walk to the Metro.

Clean well located apartment near the Prada. Unfortunately cleanliness was lacking, shower was full of mould, and floor hadn't been mopped properly since previous guests. Room servicing also didn't replenish water or coffee pods meaning I had to continually request. Expect more from a property of this calibre.

We stayed in both city center and here. City center place was a bit cramped, really enjoyed the extra space at Zambala and close to a metro stop.

The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently.

Cosy room

The hotel is bad in terms of service, there is no food, there is no room service, there is no water, you have to take the bottle of water and fill it from Downstairs.They closing hotel doors on 23:59, To be honest, I didn't find anything good to write about. Well, it was a bad experience to rent in this hotel. I don't recommend it at all.

Very clean suit with very courteous staff

The property manager was just amazing and so helpful! It is a close walk to the center and has amazing restaurants and gondola points within steps from the apartment.

I love this place. This is the second time I have stayed here. The place is beautiful and service is amazing. This time I just think the room needed to be cleaned better and the area rug seriously needs replacement. We had the same room and the rug was dirty. Otherwise the place is amazing. I will be staying again soon.

Furnishings are rather spare; not really "luxurious", despite what was promised in the name. Quiet. 10 minute walk to nearest Metro stop. From there, the Duomo and City center are about 15 minute Metro ride away.

neighborhood not great...location ok...nothing else

What is there not to love about this luxury hotel? Super clean, extremely private and very accommodating. The kitchen saved us money as we cooked a bit every day. There are many places close by to buy groceries. I have never felt so at home at a hotel. The only place I will stay in Milan from now on. The Lodi train is a short walk away and the Duomo is only a few stops from there. The staff is incredibly helpful and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. See you in September! Grazie Mille

Very good space and overall confort but besides Fondazione Prada next door. There’s noting in the area which is quite decrepit and abandoned.

Very clean and spacious apartment.

Pros: Very modern apartment, very comfortable, spacious and reasonably close to metro. Pleasant and helpful staff. Cons: Some clothes washing products could be added to the vending machines. Droning noise from aircon motor in the courtyard is a bit annoying.

Highly recommend Zambala. Easy parking. Good welcome with all the necessary information to make a good stay. Room(s) are spacious, very modern and comfortable, and kitchen was easy to cook in. A little farther from the metro than we would like (we are in our late 60's) but only four stops to the Duomo. Large grocery store less than 1 km away and several good eating places within three blocks of the Zambala gates.

The hotel is very nice, close to the city center. There is a free gym and free bikes to explore the city. The staff was pleasant and good. There is free parking for those arriving with a car. The rooms are very large and include a kitchen with dishwasher!

Great staff, great location, good parking, safe area, breakfast was great and manager totally accommodating
