Room was clean, spacious and warm. Beds comfy ,good quality linen Staff friendly Breakfast was fabulous, good variety of food.

It is a very nice hotel with perfect location, clean and spacious room, polite and professional staff and a very reasonable price. I will definitely recommend to my friends who are going to visit Puno.

Very nice 3 star hotel. The staff was great. Buffet breakfast was also great. Hot water worked. Thr heater kept the room very warm. The only negative i have is the room is not soundproof. My room was on the 4th floor. I could here the dogs barked and people talki. But, overall, i was happy with my stay.

Hotel is centrally located to the main square and Lake Titicaca. Room and bed were comfortable. Bathroom outdated, dark and could use a renovation. Breakfast had the basics.

If you intend to stay here suggest you ask the non 24 hour reception how you exit the property should there be an emergency. Front door entrance locked and bolted when we got up at 3.am. Same for restaurant exit. It’s probably VFM but wouldn’t return. Pictures of locked gate if needed.

i didn’t like the breakfast ,it was so simple for the hotel price.

Very well located in Puno, however the view and the noise weren’t the best. The room itself was large and had everything needed. Bathroom a little dated, but great value for 1 night. Breakfast was very good and variety of choice.

Over all is a good hotel, sit in a busy street, close to central plaza. Service is good and staff are nice and friendly. But breakfast is lacking and not fast enough to serve.
