Room was clean and comfortable, Staff were super friendly and helpful with requests. Dined at the restaurant for dinner, had some local flavours which were delicious. Breakfast was a buffet but not an overwhelming amount of choices, some fresh fruits, a mix of hot local fare and some western choices. The hotel itself is located perfectly at the Plaza de Armas of Cajamarca and is lovely right beside the cathedral. Lots of see and do. Great place to stay. The one drawback is that it is located close to a live music/nightclub so at night, the music was loud and made it difficult to sleep. Also, no heater or air conditioning unit in the rooms so ventilation is tough. Opening the windows brings in lots of street noise (car exhaust, honking) and keeping window closed means it gets hot.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, professional and always willing to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home and went beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering an incredible variety of fresh fruits, pastries and sweets, cheeses, breads, hot dishes, and a great selection of coffees and fresh juices. There was something for every taste, and everything was delicious. We also enjoyed the lunch and dinner buffets, which were equally impressive. The quality, freshness, and variety of the food exceeded our expectations the days we stay there. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, outstanding dining, and a truly enjoyable stay. We would definitely love to return!

Room without airconditioning is really not ideal. Portable airconditioner takes up space and gets hot and windows are opened to vent the hot air. A bit dated but comfortable Sigh Otherwise great stay. Love Cajamarca - Hotel location is PERFECT!!!

Great location, right on the Plaza de Armas. Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, rooms where nice and spacious.

My mom and I were in this hotel for almost 3 weeks and we enjoyed every little minute of out stay. People were very friendly and my special thank you goes to Angel. He works in the restaurant of the Hotel, every morning was a pleasure seen his smile and energy. He is a super employee. Location is the best. It was always super clean. If you are a light sleeper try to find an interior room. Mine was facing The Commerce street and EVERY night was drank people fighting. It was annoying because it happened very frequently.

Restaurant is amazing! Watch out for weekends with rooms in the back that face the street, a lot of music from a nearby bar. But great stay!
