Lovely bedroom, super clean place, but the best quality of this hotel is its location.

brand new，clean and big room size，breakfast is great！Park in the blue zone on the street just in front of the hotel，weekend free！

It was a convenient stop for our trip. Laundry service close by. Town of Ourense was walkable with a few attractions. Was disappointed that bridge is only lit up on the weekends.

I liked the hotel; except that they should impeove the breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was very good. Centrally located. Garage right next door was a plus. Very clean room. The only negative was the very slippery bathtub. No tub mat but definitely one was needed. Very fair price.

Very convenient town centre hotel, a few minutes from the old town

Stayed here for a week, and had an excellent time. The room was just as advertised, clean, spacious and comfortable. All staff members were fantastic; very polite and kind. Lots of wardrobe space. The area was great; very convenient and walkable to all the parts we wanted to go and close to the University. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Thank you!

very nice room, centrally located within the city.

The hotel is in a great location, the room very comfortable and clean, breakfast is minimal but ok. the biggest problem is the parking, I did not have a big car but go down to the lower level is a real struggle - I would reserve the three spots on the first floor for bigger car.

Overall the stay was good. room was clean and staff was very friendly.
