Great hotel, just poor soundproofing.

Nice staff. Nice stay. Good breakfast. Its better if the room has more lighting as I love brightness. Will come back.

4 * hotel without 3 *. The lights in the room were not repaired, the staff was not very enthusiastic. In general, never come back for the second time.

Very pleased when staying at Bao Son Hotel. I booked a normal room but came to check in 2 bedrooms 1 living room very spacious and clean. Breakfast many dishes very well taste. There is a 4-season swimming pool for adults and children. After I will return to this hotel.

Good service, enthusiastic staff. However, the breakfast is monotonous, with little daily changes that are not commensurate with 1 4-star hotel.

Quality does not match the star standards.
