Staff friendly and willing. Restaurant closed on weekends. Excellent shower. Excellent air conditioning. Quiet. Distant from city centre - 25 euro taxi ride.

It may be in the middle of an industrial area but the hotel was great, well maintained and relatively cheap. It had a restaurant/bar attached which serves tapas with every round of drinks. We were planning on having a meal but after all that tapas there wasn't any need. Access to the hotel (although reception is manned most of the time) and room was via a WiFi operated key on your mobile, which was a bit fiddly to set up but was easy once done.

I loved the staff, they were very helpful and kind. My boyfriend adored the area and can’t wait to return.

The manager of the restaurant refused us dinner and sent us away.

The area is far from the center and very industrial also the area around was not supper clean overall experience was positive . The staff are awesome helpful speak English and are knowledgeable about the area proximity to the metro line is wonderful and parking was convenient and free on the street . It may present a challenge during busy season . I loved Mluz

At the check-in, we tried to pay with a credit card. The clerk forced us to choose the currency (EUR/USD) against our will (you are usually given a choice of currency when using an out-of-country credit card) by pressing the buttons himself and telling us his manager told him to do so. When we protested, the only option given to us was to reimburse the transaction back onto the card and pay cash. After some back and forth we told him to do just that. Then it took him about 20 minutes and several unsuccessful attempts before he managed to do that. Obviously we were not happy about the whole story - as well as other customers waiting to check in behind us.

Although the Hotel Philadelfia is on a poligono (indusrial estate) it is such good value and well worth staying there. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, the hotel itself clean and bright, and the rooms comfortable. It is certainly good value with its lunchtime and evening buffet at only 9 euros. We will definitely stay here again. After all, you only usually use the hotel for staying in overnight, so the fact that it is on an industrial estate should have no influence on your choice.

The Philadefia was very clean and a great value, but it was a little farther from the Centro of Granada than I realized. It is in an industrial area of town which was deserted when we arrived in the evening and very busy with traffic in the morning when we checked out.

This hotel was a very pleasant surpirse. It is in an industrial park. It was a second choice. It was much above our expectations in cleanliness and condition. It is a multi generational family owned and run business. Once we learned what the popular and abundant family restarurants are all about, that hotel's in house morning bar food and coffee was tops. Evening buffet is adequate. The hotel's client base is about 75% business. The hotel meets that goups needs quite well. For the holiday traveler it is a no nonsense good buy. Visiting Granada and the Alhambra was a treat and a challange. The heart of old Granada is NOT auto friendly. Don't go there. If you are traveling by car stay on the outskirts of Granada or in the suburban communities. This hotel is just fine for that.

Es un hotel más pensado para gente que va por negocios igual.. está en un polígono industrial, muebles muy básicos y estilo antiguo, camas algo incomodas, salía mal olor del Aire acondicionado

El hotel Philadelfia es una excelente opción para quienes buscan una estancia cómoda y a buen precio. La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable. Desde la ventana se ve Sierra Nevada. Además quiero destacar la amabilidad de la recepcionista, quien siempre está dispuesta a ayudar. Su atención al cliente realmente marca la diferencia y hace que la estancia sea aún más placentera. Sin duda recomendaría el Hotel Philadelphia a cualquiera que busque un lugar donde hospedarse.

No nos ha faltado de nada, el personal muy agradable y el servicio de habitación muy limpio todo. Buena ubicación, el metro lo tienes a 5 minutos del hotel.
