We were in Barcelona for 3 nights before our cruise. We were very happy with this hotel, price and location. There are lots of places nearby to eat and it’s easy to get anywhere in the city.

Excellent location, center of Madrid. Very clean, Large amount of space, can't complain about anything.

Very nice hotel! My partner and I stayed here for a few days. The neighborhood was central, but not overly touristy. There is also a great restaurant and convenience stores just beside.

The staff was super helpful. We were able to park the rental car in their underground garage, which was perfect. While in the city we used the metro. The staff gave us tips on how to save with the metro and pointed out how to find things.

The hotel is conveniently located near stations making it very easy to get around. The hotel staff was super nice and helpful when I needed anything. The room itself was great, however I didn't realize there would be no shampoo or conditioner (I didn't bring any) so that was less than ideal but I was only staying for a couple days so I purchased small travel bottles. Overall, it was very quiet and I enjoyed my stay here! Lots of great places to eat nearby!

It would be nice to have a coffee machine or a teapot for a week. Nice drink.

We only stayed one night, but found the hotel to be very clean. Rooms were furnished sparingly, but comfortable. Staff was great. Hotel is located in nice part of the city and very close to. eateries and shops. We would stay again.

LOCATION!! My rating for this hotel is for its location!! It has a lot of bus stops close by and 10 min walk to the train station and mall. The front desk staff was ok. We had issue with our AC which would stop working ecerytime we left the room even ifwe didnt remove the key card from the slot. And lot of times our calls were not picked upso we had to run downstairs asking them to fix the AC. The breakfast is a very standard continental breakfast and if you are vegetarian, its cereal, fruits and breads. Overall it want an unpleasant experience but nothing over the the top either. It was good to have accomodation for 3 in one room with 3 beds.
