Very Nice place

The hotel is in a great central location for walking. The staff are great. The restaurants and food on site are exceptional. The suite we stayed in has beautiful views but is run down and needs updates

Has an excellent location super supernclose of downtown and a lot of different restaurant and churches. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Food in that restaurant inside was really good as well.

Our room was near the entrance so during the day we saw many people walking by and on Saturday night/Sunday morning a few quests arrived after the front door was closed and locked. For their convenience there is a heavy metal door knocker which we heard numerous times after midnight. The outdoor restaurant served good quality and tasty food for breakfast and our server, Alejandra, was superb and speaks good English.

This is a truly boutique hotel. Small, with attention to details. It is not luxurious but it is really nice. The price/quality ratio is appropriate, the bed is super comfy, and it is a very good option to immerse in Dowtown Queretaro. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and bars and yet, I didn’t notice street noice at all while at the property. One thing they can do better is to boost the Wifi Signal in the rooms.

Architectural style is amazing and location is perfect for seeing the historic center of town.

Great Location, walking distance from main city downtown places. But for the price I expect a better rooms. Room was noisy, people with unleash dogs was really disturbing. Overall ok. But I did not enjoy the stay.

I did like the location, and didn’t like the cold water in the bathtub other than that the place it’s great.

Decoration is great, staff is very friendly but parking is a bit far, although understandable for being downtown.

Love the room! But room itself needs more light. Hard to get ready in the morning with it being darker.
