Beautiful hotel, with a rooftop pool, restaurant and bar, and an INCREDIBLE view. The pool could have been a little warmer. The restaurant staff were wonderful, and the food was delicious. The breakfast was also very good. Walking distance to a big beach, that had loungers to use if you bought an item from the restaurants on the other side of the road. We stayed in the family suite with a personal hot-tub. The hot-tub COULD have been a bit warmer, but the room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, amazing experience, and highly recommend. The restaurant across the street is quite an experience as well.

The front desk girl was so nice and helpful. She really went above and beyond to make our stay there perfect. Great spot across the street for dinner. The boys there are funny and the food there is authentic. We went there twice and they ended the evening with mommas dessert.

Nothing short of amazing. Perfect location to Prokopios beach which is full of shops/restaurants and beach access. You can take a bus to downtown (Old Town) or to Plaka Beach within minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful with laundry, car rental info, taxi back to port, beach towels, etc. The rooftop has breakfast and dinner options. The room was spacious and cozy. This will be our hotel when we return to Naxos!

The entire staff was so very friendly and helpful from the moment of our arrival to the day of our departure. They patiently answered all of our questions and also provided helpful suggestions. In summary, they were fantastic.

What a fantastic hotel. We had such a nice stay. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. We had a sea view room with a balcony which was lovely and the location is fantastic, you’re literally 2 minutes from the beach. Can’t recommend highly enough!

This is a good hotel and the staff are helpful and friendly but the facilities are not five star and the rooms are tired.

We had a great stay! Rooms are big and have everything you need. The staff are incredibly attentive and nice! They will even bring coffee to your room in the morning. Breakfast is included and is quite good! You cannot beat this location as you are practically on the beach and can walk to tons of shops and restaurants!

overall, the staff was very nice and helpful. However, this property is falsely marketed as a five star hotel. I would estimate as closer to a three star. It is old, outdated, and the quality of linens were poor. That is clearly totally fine however it should not be advertised as something that it’s not. It is overrated, and very expensive for what you receive.
