Nice location and good room size but the lifts are terrible

The property is comfortable, however it wasn’t pleasant not to have the room cleaned and bed made every day. Reception, at times with one person, was a bit slow. First time in my life I need to pay to hold the luggage upon checkout for two hours. What a silly way to inconvenience a customer paying over 150 dollars a night with a charge of 6 dollars. Eliminate it!!!!!

We stayed in a small, efficiency apartment. It was perfect. There was an IGA right around the corner so we stocked up on breakfast and snack items. The location is very convenient to many things and the staff was helpful and courteous. Recommend!

The property is close to all amenities.

Everything was good except the elevators were slow which meant long waits.

Situated in an ideal spot for easy access to all the sites and transport hubs. Staff were very friendly, polite and accommodating. Room was very clean and as described. Enjoyable stay.

Our stay was great until our shower broke down and had to switch rooms. The hotel had a separate room ready for us to go. Otherwise everything was pretty smooth. There was a little mix up with getting a credit for $20 meal vouchers for each of us to compensate for the shower issue but when we went to redeem it the other staff members had no idea about it. It appears that the hotel room we booked was under someone’s time share and was separate from the hotel itself. Therefore the hotel could not offer any compensation. It was suggested I speak directly with hotels.com which I will be following up with.

Great stay near the cruise ship terminal.

Stayed there for two nights to see the opera which was a short walk from hotel. Fantastic experience! Several great restaurants close by and the staff there was excellent!

Good location at Robson street.

The hide-a-bed is the worst my husband and I have ever slept on. The springs are almost poking through, creeks really loud with slightest move. Needs to go to the dump. The king bed was comfortable, there were 4 of us staying.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the property presents well at all levels, the adjacent restaurant was convenient and offered a good range of meals, the room was clean and well appointed and the location met my needs perfectly. Definitely on GoTo list for future visits as to Vancouver 😊
