My favourite place around Spa. Super friendly staff, very good facilities. Ideal for a short weekend in one of the most beautiful parts of the Kingdom.

Ideally located on top of a hill near Spa, this is my little retreat away from the heat, pollution, dirt and noise of Brussels. Staff are very friendly and helpful (thank you Philippe!). My room was very spacious, recently renovated, with a large balcony. Highly recommended.

Stayed here last September & wasn't impressed. The place has been transformed. Really good now. Great service from a very small service team. Food is excellent. Rooms outstanding. They've put a lot of work in & now have a top, top hotel

We had a great stay here. Needed somewhere close to the Spa Francorchamps circuit (spotted some team personnel at breakfast!), with separate beds for us travelling as father and child. Easy to find, park, magnificent view, good breakfast options, friendly staff, no complaints!

Toujours aussi agréable de séjourner au Silva Hôtel. La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné était améliorée avec un nouveau canapé. Le personnel est toujoyrs aussi accueillant et serviable. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Lovely hotel. Convienient parking. Long walk from centre. Breakfast was ok. Staff not so friendly. Lovely room.

Pratique pour venir rouler sur le circuit de SPA, le Silva est une référence dans la région. Belle chambre spacieuse et bien équipé, personnel très serviable et attentionné aux demandes des clients. J'y viens à chaque fois que je viens rouler sur le magnifique circuit de SPA ! L'espace piscine est en cours de réfection pour le rendre encore plus agréable et venir s'y détendre le matin ou en fin de journée

Heated indoor pool

Property looks nothing like photos. The carpet in hotel room (lakeside, king executive) was likely out in around 1980. It was dirty and the room was less than desirable. The staff at restaurant was exceptionally rude.

We had a lovely 2 night break at this hotel! Check in was very efficient, and we were asked immediately if we wanted to reserve the pool and what time we wanted to have breakfast : these being the covid - friendly measures. We stayed in a lakeside suite and enjoyed the balcony with a view of the valley. The aircon was very welcome in the hot weather! Only downside was there was no coffee machine, which they explained was due to covid. The pool was big enough for the kids to enjoy and the outdoor jacuzzi a nice bonus. We also ate in the bar: the food was nice and there was a really nice kids menu with proper food, not just chicken nuggets! The breakfast buffet was good too, with staff making sure covid measures were followed! We plan to visit again next time we are in Spa!

Nice all in all though the hôtel clearly needs a refresh asap.

Room was very small. Beds and pillows were terrible. The shower didn’t drain so we had to switch rooms at 11 at night. Moved to a lower floor where there was a lot of road noise. Not a great experience, would stay somewhere else next time. Breakfast was decent.
