The hotel room is clean, beautiful, spacious bathroom, clothesline, air conditioner, pots, pans, cups, plates, spoons, forks, sink. If there is an additional oven, it would be great. However, the hotel forgot to refund the deposit after my check-out date (18 Aug). I sent a remind email, but no response. On my second stay (from 28 Aug), I asked the receptionist about my deposit of the first stay and she told that it had been refunded and it is the error of the bank. I requested her to provide the evidence and she promised to find and send it to me by email. On the check-out date of the second stay, I reiterated and did not agree with any promise, then the other receptionist refunded the deposit of the first stay to me on August 30. Right after that, I received a refund notice from the bank. I'm really disappointed with the managing and handling customer deposit of the hotel. Hope they will improve.
