Clean, Tidy, Safe and modern. Good location close to the beach.

We love this hotel and the staff are incredible. This is our go to hotel every time we go to Ballina

Clean but dated. The facilities were great and we made the most of them all (but also needed updating). The reception staff were welcoming and so helpful.

Great stay- lovely guy at the front desk and a clean and comfortable room for a good price. Pool needs a bit of an update but still had a nice swim. Close to the beach and a nice quiet spot.

Older property kept in good condition. Grounds well maintained and very quiet area. Very tropical feel. Walking to beach surf club...

A wonderful surprise to find this tropical resort tucked away in Ballina.

The staff where friendly They just never cared about us... Never made out room even though we asked. Felt like they could not care for us. Sad

Just a great place nothing more nothing less. We will certainly be back. The ocean is close by, top restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance, rooms are lovely and well appointed, and the serenity;)

A quiet location close to the beach. Shower had good water pressure, Fittings old but functional. We'd stay again.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Spa and sauna were enjoyable. Could definitely recommend installing ceiling fans in rooms.
