The decor is a bit tired and the air con system is terrible. I had to sleep right under the inlet just to not be boiling hot. This involved moving my bed to suit the flow position of the air con.

Lots of character and history, art deco bathrooms were stylish, and the Jardin is lovely. Nice pool too. Let down a bit by a not great breakfast selection, and being invisible to most of the bar staff. But overall glad I visited.

An historic hotel ,fun to wander round the gardens and public rooms. Staff fantastic, excellent at arranging taxis . Swimming pool is first class. Well worth a stay.

Only pasteries were fresh the regualr daily food was same and not of good quality same repeated food daily

The pool and the terrace bar are great- lively crowd and nice staff. The garden needs some love and the rooms are fine. More expensive than some but an ideal space to relax.

The choice of food was reasonable but the service was very slow, having to wait up to half an hour for a single fried egg on most occasions

Loved the building, the history and the gardens. The staff is incredibly helpful and lovely. Slightly far away from the centre.

Magnificent landmark hotel.

Very historic and beautiful

Beautiful hotel centrally located with incredible heritage but unfortunately not well maintained. The pool area was run down, the service very average (forgot to refill water, room not clean at arrival etc) but room with beautiful views and staff very friendly

Great gardens, terrace, bar service, location, comfort, professional.

Public areas well maintained and historical nature of the property well preserved. Grounds are pleasant. Bedroom old fashioned and in need of updates. Large bedroom and bed. Bar had good selection of drinks and attentive service. Comprehensive breakfast selection, bar food order disappointing.

Beautiful historical hotel

A wonderful experience in every way: glorious setting,welcoming helpful staff,excellent breakfast and real quality and ready memories of it s special history displayed in the gallery of photos of past celebrated visitors. Its locations and the staff was really nice

Services need a lot of improvements, and for a country with so much beautiful fruits and vegetables, the buffet for breakfast is very poor. Staff need to have a lot of training for the guests.
