Getting around was very convenient as the hotel is in the same building as Shin-Osaka station. The rooms are small, typical of Japanese hotels, but well-proportioned. There's a massage chair in the room, which was very refreshing after a long day of sightseeing. However, there's a slight drawback: the TV stand seemed to have visible dust accumulation all the time. I'm not sure why, and I'm not sure if they only focus on cleaning the bathroom and bed during the cleaning process.

Located right in the Shinkansen station itself, and a 1min walk to the Midosuji line which takes just about 20min to Namba (Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi) so it is extremely convenient. Rooms are small but sufficient.

A very convenient hotel, convenient to the Shinkansen station without any hassle. We were very pleased with the service, including a large room with a view of Osaka. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

Connected in Shin Osaka Shinkansen station.. Many resto and cafes downstairs.. The reception also very welcome explaining in English fluently.. The best is they provide massage chair in my room. Very recommended.

Not to bad, the good only location and breakfast. But the room very very small. Thank you. And no daily cleaning room. Staff in lobby also good.

The room is small. Do not waste your money and pay more if you think you can get a larger room. Find the cheapest room if you want to stay here.

perfect location... same building with train and shinkansen station easy to go anywhere and shinkansen station is side by side with the entrance design is minimal and modern also suit for business travel. I choose this hotel for my last day in Japan. hotel also very clean ... highly recommended...

The room is narrow but everything else is good. The water is very strong. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable, located on Shin Osaka station, no need to walk far, lots of food, shops.

The strategic location is still inside Shin-Osaka station, take the central exit. Exiting the hotel lobby there is an MCD so don't bother when looking for breakfast. Even though the rooms are very small but my family and I enjoyed staying here. And will choose here again when visiting Osaka.

Superb location right next to the Shinkansen entrance. Room is nice and clean. Water pressure in the shower is excellent.

The rooms are quite spacious, from the rooms you can see the view of Osaka city. For those who carry a suitcase, it's really nice to stay here. Still one building with Shin-Osaka station. Under a lot of selling food, top.

It’s very near from shin osaka station, you can easily find the convenience store and the hotel is very clean. The room is not big but its okay.. I will stay at this hotel again
