Unfortunately, I had high hopes for this rental stay vacation for me and my family. Once we entered into the unit after a very chaotic and unorganized check-in. The unit smells like maybe cleaning products but not in a good way almost like swamp water. The furniture looked very dingy and dilapidated. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty. The restrooms seem clean, but when you look further, they were not there was a toilet brush cleaner left in one of the toilets so that was very unpleasant to see the carpet is stained and old didn’t feel right to walk around barefoot on The Jacuzzi, which was the main reason why we wanted to rent this unit did not work not once we called several times for maintenance and there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately, the pool area is very small considering the number of units there are it just wasn’t what it seemed to be made out to be or what we thought it was going to be overall very disappointing would not recommend it would definitely not revisit ever again not to mention the surrounding area is not a very good one. The best part of this place was the deer. The property has several deer which they have feeders for around the property For them and you can see them in the evening that was literally the best part of this whole place, but I can go to a zoo to see dear. I’m just glad that it wasn’t very expensive so I guess the Frase you get what you pay for hits home

The hot tub was green from algae & stunk like fish. Then the air wasn’t cold. The cooking utensils were broke. But other than that it was a nice place, it was a quite community, the kids loved the pool & the water slides.

Cons - The unit given to us had 2 broken lounge chairs in the terrace. Their was a leak from the second floor filtering through to a light fixture on the ceiling on the first floor, it was reported twice and never fixed or improved. The A/C control was programmed and could not change the temp. We asked the maintenance tech for help with the temp, and he did not know how to change the program. Pros - The unit had an amazing hot tub. The square footage was great for our family. The unit had a washer and dryer and full kitchen.

Condo unit was as advertised, clean and everything worked as it should. pool area was clean. enjoyed the lake views and food

Our townhouse was not cleaned properly hair of us was all over the oven was not clean the downstairs hallway for the bedroom was very narrow the checkout staff was very rude and unpleasant

Our family quite enjoyed the property-staff were friendly but we felt the resort lacked supplies. We had to go to the lobby to ask for bedding for the pull-out couch as no pillows or sheets. The kitchen was lacking utensils to cook with despite it having a full kitchen. We went to Dollar Tree and bought our own and left them for others to enjoy. Overall, great experience but would love to see a bit more additives which could really help with the experience.

This was my 3rd year staying at this property while my daughter participated in Allstar World Championship Cheer competition and all stays have been nothing short of amazing. My family and I have been very comfortable and it felt like home away from home. The hot tub didn’t warm up for us this time but we still enjoyed it!

This is the 4th time staying at Regal Oaks for our family of five. We absolutely love it here. Its conveniently located. Only 5 mins away from Disneyworld. The staff is super helpful and accomodating. We extended our stay and they made it really easy. We will definitely keep coming back here for our yearly trips to Disneyworld.

Really liked the size of the house, fantastic amount of room. Part that could’ve been improved on was overall cleanness inside the house. It was dusty and very dirty floors. Also small detail - bring your own oven mitts, salt & pepper shakers, just in general ail equipped for standard household goods. Table outside was running on its last legs. Otherwise again, great space to be in for a large family.

The property was comfortable and in a good location but not clean. The dinner table had stains from old food, the towels had stains, some hair were under the pillow, the floors were sticky. The carpet was really stained and it plainly smelled. Also, neighbors were having crazy party till morning hours with loud music so we didn’t get much sleep

We had to wait about 45 minutes past check in time which was not bad. However, this is my second time staying here. The first time was 5 stars hands down! This time, not so much! The houses are built much smaller on the other side away from the lake. It was a heavy smell of roach spray that last the entire time of our stay, which was 6 days, and it was only in the kitchen area mostly counter tops, which is very unsanitary. There were crumbs in the chairs at the dinner table. My niece dropped a piece of candy on the floor and I took a wipe to get it up. You would not believe the filth that came off the floor. The floor was disgusting and couldn't have been mopped in weeks. I honestly don't believe our condo had been cleaned before we arrived. We cleaned the entire house before getting relaxed. The bathrooms were cleaned, but the downstairs area was a mess!!! We didn't cook in the kitchen because of the heavy roach spray smell over the counter tops. It's like someone sprayed and didn't wipe it down. The smell was extremely strong. It made you not want to eat in the kitchen at all to be honest, we ate out the whole time we were there. My first stay they gave you plenty of towels and rags for a weeks stay and they brought us more if needed. This stay we were told at the last minute, we had to wash our on towels and rags. The young lady at the front desk was very nice. The older lady with the salt and pepper hair was rude. The middle age lady with black hair was very helpful.

The staff were friendly the property Was nice but I would probably not stay again. The ac hardly worked, the dryer didn’t work, very little hot water, the disposal was broke; I feel for the money compared to other places for the same price it was way over priced.

This is are 4th stay at this property we love it here. Just a couple things about the townhouse. The hottub needs updating as the jets barely worked and a toilet paper holder broke off 1st day. Thats it everything else was perfect

My family has been a loyal customer of this resort for the past four springs, but this year’s stay has been a complete disappointment . It’s clear that there’s been a major management change, and the resort is showing the signs. Our house was filthy from the front door to the last room, the shower handle was broken, the showerhead was dirty and malfunctioning, and garbage was left outside our house for two whole days until we had to call the front desk to get it picked up. It’s also frustrating to see golf carts driving around with resort staff but not enough of them working on their end. Overall, this experience has been a complete letdown, and we won’t be returning to this resort anytime soon.

Overall stay was good. Pool was great, gym was very small and crowded in the morning. Would be nice if it were open before 8am. Sink in condo was broken, but they fixed it the second day of our trip. Overall good stay.

This was a repeat stay since my family had a great time staying at this property a few years ago. The unit that was assigned was really showing it age with stains on carpet. We had a broken AC unit during our second day so that resulted in a very bad night of sleep for the whole family and a resulting bad day at Disney. Thankfully maintenance was able to repair while we were gone for the day. The private hot tub that is in every unit was one of the big plus and was what sold us for a repeat visit. One thing that was strange was that we were told that we had to supply our own toilet paper so keep this in mind and bring some.

Definitely one of the most convenient resorts. So close to everything and private. Easy to unwind after a long day here

Third time staying here. First time in a 4 bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and have very little issues to note. Tile floor in whole place was filthy. Kids feet were black just walking from one side of room to the other, and given there was no carpet in the unit there feet and socks stayed black. We just told them to keep wearing crocks or flip flops. Otherwise the unit was clean. Hot tub jets really only worked on one side the other side was weak. Also the upstairs toilet might needs some maintenance as it would start running randomly. We could have reported it, but it was still working properly so we just delt with it. Might just be an older unit we were assigned to. Other times we stayed we did not have any issues. Still a great place to stay and this was not a deal breaker. We still recommend staying here, and will book to stay here again in the future.
