Really nice hotel with good staff. Good location for hotel and near to restaurants. Bayonne is a really nice place and we will definitely stay again.

Very comfortable, bright, clean hotel ideally located to walk into the lovely old town of Bayonne. Friendly helpful staff.

everything went well, great location especially if you were going to watch the rugby as stadium is on 280 steps . polite and attentive staff. pool was warm and clean. Nightlife only a few minutes walk away - busses close and very good . 20 mins to airport by bus and 30 mins to Biarritz beach

Bel emplacement avec un bon confort. Un seul bémol; on indique le service de buanderie mais sans toutefois mentionné qu'il n'est pas disponible sur place. Cueillette 2 fois/sem.

The room was fine but we had booked for sauna and this was closed, as was the pool.

Friendly Staff, good location to the town

Nice hotel in convenient location offering good value. Excellent staff on front desk. Didn't like the beat music from the nightclub just across the river, surely there must be planning regulations against it. Probably not so bad in summer when foliage on the trees.

Friendly staff and hotel is walking distance from old town with cathedral, shops and restaurants. Will be back.

Lovely Hotel. Great position. Spacious room. Would have been nice to have in room tea and coffee facility and possibly BBC news channel available. We would happily stay again.

Lovely hotel in a good location for walking around the town. The room was spacious and clean. Room and hallway smelled fresh. We had a small issue with leaking from the ceiling near the air conditioning unit. We reported this to the front desk and it was resolved later that day. The bed was very comfortable. I would have preferred a double bed over two singles pushed together but otherwise very nice room. The bathroom was clean and the shower was decent size with a nice little shelf to hold items. Parking was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful and multilingual. The breakfast buffet was very good, staff cleaned tables between customers and replenished items regularly. There was a big rugby event on the first night we stayed here. We were very appreciative that the hotel posted security in the car park due to the large crowds and ensured our safety.

A lovely hotel only a short walk from the centre of Bayonne. The room was very comfortable. The pool was not open during our midweek stay (August)

Ideally located for walking into Bayonne old town. Good quality. Dog friendly. Fairly priced.

We were meant to stay at the Bayonne but because of flooding they transferred us to their sister hotel on the beach. Brilliant all around

Hôtel is nice but a bit all... Heated swimming pool (28°c). Bed is confortable... I didn't take breakfast so I can't tell you if it is good food but high price breakfast (15€ per person)

Well located hotel walking distance to all the sites in Bayonne. We had a comfort room with a double bed and a sofa bed that was spacious, although very basic. I would say it is a good enough place, just not a 4 star hotel.

Travelling through second year at the hotel very pleased will definitely stay again 😜
