Hotel was great location, parking was full but big car park down the hill, only complaint was that they should not charge to use spa after 10am that’s naughty as you want it after the slopes

Staff very friendly, ski rentals shop within the hotel, ski in and out, room made up and cleaned daily, alot of multilingual staff, nice food on offer and parking available on site which was handy, a very enjoyable week skiing

Amazing position especially if you want to ski. You can buy ski passes and rent your ski stuff from the hotel, fantastic and practical. The rooms are clean, modern and well set out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service was a little slow in the restaurant in the evening but it was very busy and the food was lovely. The spa is amazing and if you go after a certain time it’s very quiet and relaxing.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel offers everything you need to ski. Ski passes, ski rental etc and also the hotel is right on the ski slopes. I also loved that after 7pm the spa is adults only- great idea and means it’s even more relaxing. I will definitely return.

Amazing little hotel. Really nice and clean, well equipped, great little pool and spa facilities.

Service au bar et au restaurant assez médiocre comparé au standing de l’hotel et la gestion des urgences est une catastrophe: mon amie et moi sommes restées coincées plus de 2h dans le froid (au milieu de la nuit sinon ce n’est pas drôle) parce que la porte d’entrée de l’hotel Était coincée (nous avions le bon code mais apparemment qqn avait mis le verrou donc impossible de rentrer de l’exterieur) et qu’il n’y a aucun moyen de contacter Qqn dans l’hotel! tout ce que Ce que le responsable a trouvé à nous dire c’est qu’il était désolé (un minimum vous me direz) et que ça ne lui était arrivé que 2 fois en 7 ans (donc pas de quoi s’affoler j’imagine). Aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé alors que nous avons passer 2 heures dehors au milieu de la nuit ne sachant‘ pas si nous aurions un lit alors même que l’essence même d’un hôtel est de pouvoir y passer au moins la nuit... frigorifiées et énervées nous avons mis un temps fou à nous endormir et nous avons donc perdu une matinée de ski (pas prudent d’aller skier après une petite nuit) Tout ceci est bien dommage (et pas digne d’un trois étoiles dont les’ prix sont élevés) car l’hôtel et les chambres sont superbes et certains employés sont très professionnels.

Lovely room, social area and staff

Good staff in general BUT The Hotel was average value for the price and we were mislead into booking there by the claim the hotel is ski in and ski out. It is sometimes and while we cannot ask a hotel to guarantee the snow we can expect them to correctly advise that sometimes the hotel is ski in and ski out. It was not ski in and ski out when we booked or when we stayed in January 2016. Also the Spa tub/Steam room and Suana costs 20 Euros each. The site does not say surcharge for these facilities(as it does with the breakfast and "water park access"). If it is part of the waterpark so called access they should advise that clearly. The Hotel also helped itself to a 30% deposit from my credit card one day after booking - something I did not authorise at booking. I said I wanted to pay at the hotel and the site does not mention a 30% deposit. When we booked the site said 2 rooms remaining and did so after we booked? I see the site often says that only 2 rooms left - WHY?? more misleading.

We stayed for a week for a ski holiday. The hotel is lovely - a mix of modern with a traditional feel. My only gripes are that residents also have to pay €20 to use the pool and hot tub facilities, which is ludicrous, and the breakfast buffet (which was also a chargeable extra) wasn't particularly great. Breakfast officially finishes at 10 but if I turned up at 9.40 and they had run out of something, they wouldn't replenish it.

Our experience at Anova hotel was excellent. From the check in right through our stay the staff could not do enough for us. The rooms were a reasonable size, clean perfectly sufficient for our group. The breakfasts were good. The skiing facilities were first class, the ski room was ideal with lockers and boot heaters, and the exit door right next to the slopes, and a button lift back to the door.

Un séjour de 3 jours de ski en famille dans un hotel chaleureux, où le staff est aux petits soins, le petit-déjeuner au top et les repas de qualité. Le spa est en très bon état et possède une petite piscine en plus du jacuzzi et des sauna et hamam. Garage souterrain très pratique et cerise sur le gateau, un magasin de ski situé au R-1 de l'hotel avec de vrais professionnels

hotel très bien situé au pied des pistes et tranquille, personnel agréable et efficace, le spa gratuit jusqu'à 14h est bien agréable, boutique ski sur place également très pratique, juste un peu déçu par la fin du menu de réveillon qui n'était pas aussi réussi que le début, bonne adresse

Très bon accueil , sourires et mots gentils de la part de tout le personnel. Bonne cuisine et service impeccable. Manque d'aménagement extérieur et espaces communs un peu réduits à l'intérieur.

Super moment dans l hôtel. Cadre idyllique. Rien a dire tout est parfait 👍
