The hotel looked gorgeous and well protected from the outside. There were many facilities available inside but everything was pricey. The hotel breakfast was good. The service from the staff is commendable. However, the rooms were not as clean as expected for a luxury five star hotel. There were many setbacks such as missing iron board, out of battery safe, faulty cordless phone and faulty television. The staff were kind enough to give us complimentary late check out and airport transfer to make up for the above.
