Personnel at reception desk very helpful. Evening meals and breakfast service not up to 3 star standard. Service at room makeup each day lacking in replacements.

This is great choice... if you enjoy peace & quiet but also want to be near the town. A really nice hotel!

Good location for the work we were doing. Nice little town. Hotel had a good restaurant and great staff.

Staff are super friendly and fantastic Great hotel for a one night stay. Unfortunately, The room was cold and it took very very long to get hot water in the shower. The water glasses had not been changed, and because they were stacked, mould had formed between the glasses.

The kitchen was closed for renovations and limited menu , not ideal , construction work went on until about 8pm each night , door in my room kept locking and wouldnt unlock

All was well nice clean and quiet. Only thing they could improve are a bit more options on breakfast like putting a toaster & other warm dishes etc...

Walls seemed a bit thin as could hear talking until early morning. Hottest day of year could have done with at least a fan in the room. Room was OK. Breakfast was good

Regular customer at this hotel but still appreciate the welcoming staff and the additional touch of a welcome back note and some treats for my first stay in the new year! Accommodating staff provided excellent. Meals and a comfortable room and bed 😊 The standard rooms are a tad small but perfectly fine for a short business trip would advise the bigger room/suite if you were staying longer.

Basic, but clean and functional

Great room - refurbished and so modern comfortable contemporary room. Restaurant was good, Friendly staff in reception, restaurant and throughout the hotel. Liked the fact that I advised of a broken light bulb and this was fixed in a timely manner.

Verrassend leuk hotel. Mooie kamer 316 fijne bedden ,fijne douche. Ontbijt was lekker. We hebben heerlijk geslapen

I stayed in this hotel on a business trip. The rooms condition and public spaces are very basic, seem tired and require refurbishment. It lacks noise insulation between the rooms/corridors etc. I experienced difficulties sleeping for both nights I stayed there. The restaurant and food served are good. Breakfast is ok as well.

We have stayed in both Hampshire Hotels in Terneuzen and the City Hotel for us offers a better service at a more competitve price

Spent 4 nights at city. Excellent staff in reception, bar, restaurant and breakfast. Breakfast food selection very good. Restaurant pleasant and ok menu. Room clean, with balcony (pleasant in warm weather(April 2018=29 deg!!) Not greatest surroundings, but for urban hotel this place is recommended, and we will be back!

Nothing to complain about. Room clean comfortable, wi-fi good. Food decent. Good business hotel.
