Unfortunately, my stay at Pullman Santiago was a letdown. Started with a faulty key that took 3 attempts to work, followed by multiple requests for shampoo that went unanswered. The shower had a weird smell, and the iron situation was a joke - only usable in the bathroom with no space to actually iron clothes. Add to that the noisy AC and subpar food options, including room service, and it's clear the hotel needs a serious refresh. Not a place I'd recommend or return to.

The swimming pool was a disappointment to me. It is located at ground level next to the entrance. It opens into the bar area. Maybe ideal for pool parties and such like but not for a business traveller like me. Having said that I saw no-one using it when I was there. Gym was ok on level 2 - not same level as pool and not connected. But the hotel itself is modern, clean and very good

Front desk people were very friendly and very accommodating. The many people who worked the breakfast room worked so hard yet were very friendly. The room cleaners were very nice and friendly. Hotel room was kept spotless as was the lobby and dinning rooms. The breakfast crew was excellent, Maria Jose, Juliana, Javiera, Anna and Willie. Esmeralda our room cleaner was really nice and friendly. We will be back very soon in the future.

Hotel is located in a very good/upscale neighborhood in Santiago with lots of very good restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful view of the Andes mountains on the golf court side. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were good, breakfast has lots of variety. Would recommend for business and family trip.

Great hotel with nice clean rooms in a very nice area of Santiago. Not too far from nice restaurants and the metro.

Location was wonderful, we had a couple of days without hot water and service was slow and the restaurant/bar. It was a great location and room.
