Good for a short stay. Right in the center, streets and plazas with cafes all around. Close to the parque mediterraneo and to the heliport as Ceuta is a neat little walkable city.

Unfriendly staff- currently staying in a room with small cockroaches. Definitely does not deserve the 4 star and price.

First of all, I don't know why they are giving it 4 stars. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was unfriendly. We waited for about 20 minutes just to be given a room. Once we got to the room, I wanted to take a shower 🚿, but there were no towels in the bathroom. I tried to use the phone in the room, and it wasn't working. So I went down to inform them about it, and the guy there was like, "What do you want?" I explained that we had just arrived in the room, and there were no towels in the bathroom. He casually replied, "They will put them soon, just wait," and we ended up waiting for 1 hour. On the second day, around 1:30 at night, the cooling system stopped working. I went down to inform the reception about it, and he told me to turn off all the lights and wait until it starts working again in a rude manner. I was taken aback by the poor service provided. To be more specific, from the day 05/08/24 until 06/08/24, when I was in the reception, there were 2 guys who don't know how to work. They were unfriendly and rude.

Good location and a decent room, however big minus is that they are charging full prices for every day, however on Mondays and Tuesdays there is only a portion of food available, as it’s “less guests”. I couldn’t even get eggs for a buffet breakfast, coffee machine “broken”, etc. I went with second most expensive room and this is not a 4-star standard. Hidro shower not fully operational, and I’m not sure what are they putting in the water, but the stench was constant. Average 3 stay, certainly not worth the money spent.
