Basic yet comfortable

The room was clean and quiet. Check in was good. Air cond work well. Nice location close to lots of restaurants and bars

We were able to have an early check in since our flight arrived at 6am. That was very helpful for our stay. The hotel is located within a nice quiet neighborhood but with great walking access to restaurants, shops, cafes. Breakfast was efficient and good variety for price. The toilet too long to refill as another reviewer indicated, but overall, a great stay.

This hotel is modern and beautifully updated, with a very comfortable bed, bar fridge and a large TV. Everything was spotless, and the staff was wonderful—friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We appreciated the secure self-parking and the excellent location in the financial district, close to the subway, restaurants, and shopping. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the lobby restaurant. On top of all that, there is a beautiful view from the rooftop bar/ pool. The price was great for the quality. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel

The NYE Dinner and Pool Party were amazing. Well planned and it was lots of fun. My family had an amazing time and we were satisfied with the food and drink options. Service was spectacular.

Good sundeck Gym is boiling in the morning as the sun comes through window Good hotel close to plenty of food and shops

Good budget hotel, room was clean and cleaned on time everyday, towels and toiletries were always replenished, breakfast was generally ok, the area of this hotel is on the lower end of the main city but still conveniently for anyone walking

is a good value for the money. This time, however, we could not get hot water in the shower, not sure why.

It had no hot water to hv a bath call the front desk 11pm (Luis) the guy at desk said i hv to wait 30 mins for the person to fix the problem so i ask if it doesnt come bc i cant take a bath he just said to me he dont know wht to tell me mind or he will hv to. Call some other hotel for me to go mind u i am there with my mom 65 n over n aunt hot water never came bc worst

The rooms are clean and well kept. The reception at the rush hours( check in and out) are to noise and dirty most likely because it is very small. The staff is very friendly and the location is great. One thing that truly bother me was that they copy your passaporte and attach it to you luggage they hold till check in or out time in an open area. It exposes your info to anyone,
